Everything was Ok. You might check the garage door. Fist attempt, it closed just in front of us when we were leaving and we had to back off. Second attempt, we waited a while but the red light never turned green! We had to take the risk to drive against the red light.

The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The room clean and quiet. The location a little over a block from Place d'Italie allowed easy access to the Metro.

We were so pleasantly surprised with hotel location, hotel stuff and hotel cleanliness that we shall recoment this hotel always :-) OK, room at the corner of the corridor was really too small for 2 persons, but rooms on the centre of the corridor are great.

The staff were very efficient, the hotel was clean, however my room was a typical french maid's room on the top floor. There was just enough room for a bed. There was a tiny separate shower room with shower and toilet. The room was noisy as I was next to the lift which was in action most of the night. I presume I had this "chambre de bonne" as I booked on line and opted for the special summer deal. In hindsight I think it would have been good idea to complain or ask for another room, but as I was only there 2 nights I swallowed it!

Small hotel, situated well in Paris, easy to go anywhere by metro. Just 100 meters away at the place d'italie. Hotel it self is small, rooms are very small, was located between elevator and stair. Breakfast oke

Do not expect a luxury fancy room. What this hotel offers you is a clean and affordable alternative. Metro is located very close; the area is full of restaurants and the neighborhood appears to be safe. Place d'Italie is not that close to the main attractions but Paris Metro is so efficient that would not take you much time to arrive to most of the places. The only drawback is that there is no in room safe, but they provide the service at the front desk.

I prefer to stay around Montparnasse, but tried something different due to overlap of my trip with Roland Garros (French Open tennis tournament). The hotel was fairly comfortable, but not very fancy. The bed was comfortable, at least for me. The bathroom door did not open all the way, as it hit on the side of the bed. Carpets in the rooms were only a step above a bare floor (like indoor-outdoor carpet). Wi-fi access was included in the room cost. The neighborhood is comfortable and the hotel is about 100 m from the metro station. I would consider the area and this hotel again.

This hotel is well located but from my point of view, it is as much as I can say. Tiny room, unable to open the bathroom door because there wasn't enough room between the door and the bed. The door lock worked when it felt like it and I had 4 keys before there was a chance of it opening. Staff had a couldn't care less attitude. Car parking wasn't available despite the fact that it says it has car park spaces. As a result I had to pay 32 euros to park my car. I should have gone to a more expensive hotel with free car parking. Never again.
