Arrived 12:30 in the morning to a fabulous welcome and a beer! Excellent breakfast, small but clean rooms, easy access and car parking(10 euro a day is a bit steep when the hotel is not busy!) - . 3 mins walk to train. Coffee and croissant available downstairs all-day. Stayed 2 year ago, will stay again. It was quite, but then there were no expositions.

I book for 2 adults and 1 child so got on my booking 2 interconnecting room and 2 breakfast and came only 1 adult (myself) and 1 child, so I got given a smaller room. Complained at reception that I paid more, 10 euros difference and that I should get either a bigger room or 2 rooms, but they said no as I only show up with 1 kid. Don't believe it it right as paid for 2, you should get what you have paid for, shouldn't you?Otherwise staff ok, service ok, room ok but rooms are small and with a few suitaces and bags (as I was travelling the next day) I found it akward & difficult to move around the bedroom and get my stuff for the night.What's the point to pay extra for 2 people, money gets out of your account straight at the reservations stage, the they give you a smaller room as you are less at that time; ever if you have prepaid for 2 interconnecting rooms, you only get one?Other info: I called on day the hotel from uk to tell them we would be one less. When I got told I couldn't what I paid for, I ask if you could get the parking for 1 night, but I was told no and would have to pay 10 euros as anyone else.A lady at breakfast was very nice, charming and friendly.Sorry but that is not what I paid for and neither good customer service.
