I have to say, I have stayed in alot of Hotels, and this one I would put on the top of the list of great hotels. The rooms are great, the food and the spa!!

This hotel has everything: location, services, friendliness and the best spa/pool combination, very intimate, a pleasure for the senses.The restaurant is not good tough.

I liked the hotel very much , nices rooms big and beatiful modern design , despite the fact the hotel is beside the train station , no train noise in the room at nigth , The spa is very good and personal nice and polite

The Hotel delivers on it's promises, and in my opinion deserves the 5 star rating that it holds.The check in was fast, the front desk staff was extremely polite, efficient, as well as very professional. Going up to the Junior Suite made me realise that the inside of the hotel, was exactly as the outside: classy, elegant, clean, an amazing atmosphere, notice to the detail, are some of the words to describe it.Same fact applies to the breakfast experience too. Variety of choices, quality of food and pretty much anything you would expect to find, times two! Very clean, with many amenities. The pool was a little small, but that is acceptable for a city hotel.Combine all of the above with an excellent location, and you have a hotel that you'd definitely want to visit again!Congratulations to the Management Team, and the staff.

Excellent hotel, in a great location right next to the railway station and an easy walk to the center of town. Funky rooms. The service is very good. Very friendly staff. It was a shame I did not get a chance to try the spar. It looked great.

Bad locarion just in the read light area of the town, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, construction in the middle of the lobby area, seperated mattrass in a double bed, no flexibility whatsoever regarding late check out, just in general I didn´t enjoy my stay at all and cannot recommend this hotel to anybody.

All in all the Hotel is first class. The service is of a very friendly and efficient nature. Check in was a bit slow. The hotel and bar particularly was far too dark. You need a torch to read anything on the menu! The breakfast is extremely good but ridiculously over priced.The rooms are very comfortable with all mod cons. if you prefer a bath rather than a shower or vice versa best to request it at reception. We asked to change rooms as we had spent over away with just a shower. To the hotels credit they were very accommodating in moving us. It is a very conveniently located first class hotel with super service, but you know you have paid for that when you get the bill!

First time at this hotel and our stay for three nights more than met our expectations.We were always feeling welcome by a friendly, professional staff.The room was excellent with a lot of space. It had both a modern shower and a bath-tub and had alot of small extras which were highly appreciated.Meals were a bit expensive but the quality of food was of the highest order and the Waiters/waitresses first-class. We didn't find time to use the highly-rated spa, pool and fitness center facilities. Best of all the hotel is adjacent to the Hauptbahnhof with connnections to all U-bahns and s-bahns. A great advantage on three cold days in Bayern.

The hotel does not have views - even though the website calls them beautiful. Overcharged me for several room service items and they do not offer the customer a printed itemized reciept at checkout. All seems a little dishonest to me.

A top hotel concerning location, rooms and infrastructure. Unfortunately the service can not meet the expectations: if you are member of their (paid!) A-Club Favourite Guest program don't expect that the program offers come automatically. And if you have to ask don't believe you will hear an apology...
"Nearly perfect"

Location and General State of the hotel are excellent. 2 little hiccups though that i would have expected better way to deal with. 1. Advised the reception that not all tv channels were working in my room and nobody seemed to do anything about it within the week I was there and 2. I advised that one bed mattress needed to be seen to because it was sloping in the middle. Advised that someone changed the mattress but in fact still was the same. Luckily i was alone and could sleep on the other side. For the rest all was as should be in a 5 star hotel.
"Exquisite"

The room was luxurious, the service good, the staff was very friendly and helpful - as always in Sofitel hotels; good value. The location was very convenient, also for us who were visiting the Messe. Fellow travellers were envious and decided to join the “Sofitel Club”.
