we had 2 x studio rooms which were very old and tired. One was too hot and the other too cold, air conditioning made no difference. The spa was closed (no notification of this). Repeatedly asked for the broken hair dryer to be replaced, the same for basics like milk and tea bags. Very slow service. When we spent over 12000 Euros over 5 nights, the service did not match the price point. On a positive note, the lady who served us in the bar was the most attentive of our entire stay.

It sure looks like there were some major flaws within the rooms and the information regarding the SPA. Sorry to also learn that our service was less than satisfactory. I appreciate your honest critique which will be the basis for discussions within our local team - and a careful evaluation of the root of these problems. Rest assured that we will take necessary measures so that an experience like yours will continue to be the rare exception. On a personal note and on behalf of my team, I would like to ask you to come back once more for an opportunity to prove to you that we can do a much better job. Top 5 star hotel. The service was impeccable. The staff at the breakfast area are super efficient. The hotel looks lovely. Grand with a lot of area to walk. The rooms are so good. The bed is so soft you can sleep like a baby. The rain shower is very powerful too. The water gets very hot so have to be careful.
