"Not what it should have been"

my booking was for a suit, i was give a standard room, with a shower no bath, i complained and was given another sandard room. I checked inlate and they said the computors had been down whcih is why there was not what i had booked!!!the restruant turned us away at 10:25 when it was meant to be 10:30 last sit down. We were directed to the bar the food selection as more like a cafe not a hotel, choise a burger!!! well that was inedibel the bun was microwaved beyond recognition and the burger had not seen a cow as there was zero meat in it. probable they brought it from aldi for 0.99 euro so i felt riped off they charged me 15 euro for it.on checking out low and behold their machine could not swipe my card and their printer was broken so i still have not got a recipt. in reception do not look up or the borken glass in the roof will freak you out!May be stay some where else given half a chance next time.

Frankly, I don't expect that quality at all when I reserve the hotel.My family really enjoyed 1 night stay at Krefeld Mercure thanks to - an amazing spa & swimming pool with or without swimming suit. The staffs gave us full fiexibility. And it's warm enough for my little children.- extremely clear room & bed- supprising a la carte pillow- unbelievable breakfast which I paid 16 euro per adult and free for children. I've never seen those various honey & jam collection and qualititive foods also- the room was prepared for 4 persons already when I arrived.The only thing I want to pick is that the wifi service was too expensive. If it can be free or cheaper than now, it'll be best of best hotel.

We are normallu happy staying at Mercure hotels, but this time it was a bit disapointing. There was a big party at the hotel and we were not told before we arrived, neither on the arrival. Unfortonatley it was to noicy to be able to enjoy our stay. I told reception upon departure, but he didn't react at all. Just a tip for you in the future. Please let the guests know that you have an event at your hotel. That is better as we might not come back....With best regards,Anna-Carin PetterssonThe rest was fine, we had a nice dinner anyway.
