"Nice stay over"
1st August 2012, Rankal, Oslo, Norway
Good hotel -Nice surroundings near to city center. Miss ac in the room. Expencive breakfast. Easy to park car on payed parking. I wish Accor get free Wifi at their hotels in Germany as they have in France - not only in the reseptionarea but also in the room.
"Good hotel, but problem with noise"
12th July 2012, Madrid, Spain
The hotel in general was good. The only problem is there was no AC system in the room, as it is in many hotels in Germany. The nigth was hot, and when we tried to open the window, it was rigth at the roof where a noisy machine was working. So, you have to choose between noise or hot room. When we asked the Reception Manager about this, he answered inmediatly there was no other room available. We have not asked for a change, so it seemed strange. All and all, this was the only problem. Room was number 220, and most of the other rooms are facing a park. So, choose this hotel but not the room.
"Suite for the price of a small room"
15th August 2011, Oslo
The room was huge, with separate bedroom. The only thing that didn't work out well was the computer with free web access in the lobby. We told them that it didn't work, but they just told us to try it again. We gave up, but since this was a service we didn't expect, nor had paid for, we didn't complain about it.
"Great Stay"
19th July 2011, chey13enne, guelph, ON
Another wonderful Novotel experience. Rooms were clean, modern, and hotel is in a great location. Had drinks at the bar but was in easy walking distance to many great restaurants so didn't eat there.
"not a quiet room"
13th June 2011, Berlin
The hotel was a charming old building and the rooms where big. I say rooms because I had to change into a new one in between. I'm pretty sure I had requested "a quiet room" but for some reason I got one right above the front entrance and with a connecting, hardly isolated door to the next room. I'm a light sleeper but the first night was ok as the next room was empty. The second night I slept less than 6 hours thanks to my drunken neighbours making noise. Switching the rooms was unproblematic though and the personnel in reception were very nice. I just wonder if my request for a quiet room had been acknowledged at all?
"Christmas Market"
25th December 2010, Boston
Staff were extremely helpful. Hotel clean and spacious. Hotel close to railway station and town centre. We didn't eat in the hotel but found lots of restaurants, cafes etc within close walking distance
