need to update your facility. new beds, mattresses, curtains, etc - rooms generally looks worn. putting a hotel in a renovated factory is tough - lobby is not inviting, there are no "welcoming spaces", especially the bar - big, noisy, etc. great location in HAJ, however, so property is a keeper. i wouldn't stay there again unless some investment is made to freshen up but would recommend it to people who are not heavy travelers and are visiting HAJ on leisure.
