"Excellent staying at frankfurt"

First of all, this hotel has a good view of city outlook. Breakfast buffei is also good for my family with a variety of menus. The staff members are all kind, especially a little gift for my children.

We had to catch an early flight from Frankfurt airport and this hotel is perfect - the location is just a few minutes from the airport by a taxi; it has a parking; it is just off the main streets so it is not so noise; the room is spacious and clean. In addition, we got a park-fly-save deal - meaning that we had a free parking when we were away for holiday, and free transportation to and fro the airport via a taxi. Can't beat that for a deal!

The Hotel was nicely decorated. However, the rooms were Very Dusty the bathroom toilets were not clean in the first room that we stayed. Was given a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking room. Had to wait 24 hrs to change rooms. When we changed rooms the bathroom was cleaner but the room was just as Dusty. Did not sleep well due to the lack of ventilation and the dustiness of the room. Coughed and sneezed all night. The room service was quick and the food was good. For the price the rooms could has been cleaner and better ventilated. Probably would not stay again.

Room had interesting decour, it was clean and to a good standard. Hotel was conveniently located for my business keeping travelling times to a minimum. Check in could have been more "warm". Otherwise, pleasant, I will use it again.

We enjoyed the stay in the hotel. As always, the personal was polite and helpful and even special wishes (same room as the other stays before) were fullfilled. We could recommend this hotel with no regrets. It is not far to the city of Frankfurt and you can do a nice walk at the river Main, which is 5 minutes from the hotel.

I usually stay at this Hotel two or three times a year and in large I am satisfied with the location, room and services.This time I got a room, where the plug in the sink (washbasin) was not possible to operate, because the handle on the threaded rod was not in place.Another unlovely thing was, that on the morning of Dec. 17th when it has been snowing for a time, no snow was cleared away at the entrance and the sidewalk.Many female Hotel guests, such as flight attendands dressed with high heels from an airline, have had to walk through deep snow, in order to enter the bus.
