"Excellent Hotel Stay"

Having worried that we might be a bit far from the centre of the city I was more than pleased to see it was just a 10 minute walk from from the comfort and hospitality of the Pullman Cologne. Breakfast was included and was excellent, and drinks in both the lobby bar and the rooftop restaurant were both generous and well prepared. A great hotel for a short stay in Cologne.

Would really recommend this hotel any day! Overall service excellent and staff couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast was super with a great selection and nice ambience. Rooms are specious with very comfortable beds and a large bathroom including a double size shower. Spa area is very relaxing with a great sauna and steam room. If I was to be negative the only thing is the bar the bar is quite expensive.

The Pullman Cologne is a very nice hotel with stylish rooms and a comfortable bed in an area with plenty of things to do without being overly touristy. I would definitely stay again. It would be appropriate for business or leisure travel.

I was busy working and went down stairs for a lunch, the only thing going was small buffet for 30 Euro, it was awful. There was no drinks not even water and so I paid for a coke.I think the lunch was a pre organised buffet. For a small corporate group

Hotel was excellent .Room was excellent.Good deal on Accor web site. Didnt take breakfast as we thought it was a bit expensive.Location was good. Brilliant Irish pub close by.Pedestrianised shopping streets close by .Standard of shops is unbeleavable.Cologne cathedal in the centre is very impressive.

It is a great hotel to stay. The rooms are modern, and nice. All of my requests had been taken care off at arrival. The staff was very professional. As for location, the hotel can be easily reached by car. And is at walking distance of Neumarkt and the Dom. So no need for additional public transportation to explore the city. Since we stayed in the weekend, checkout was at 14.00, and breakfast till 12.30. Needless to say, this is ideal if you are spending the weekend at Cologne! Only downside that I can think off, are the fees for parking at the hotel. Which is approximately +23 euro's for a day. There is a parking garage nearby, at which you can park for less. And still be very close to te hotel. (+- 2 minutes walking).I will definately recommend this hotel to both friends and collagues. The comfort is so great that after a busy day of work or travelling, you will get the rest you need. And with such a nice view from your room, it just makes you want to stay longer.Kudos to the staff! And ill be surely be back when visiting this great city again.

Have stayed here several times now and i'm always impressed with the hotel.The room we stayed in seemed to have been upgraded and the decor was fabulous.On this occasion though the service seemed to be somewhat different from previous stays at this hotel. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the new M-Gallery Accor hotel - Mondial am Dom Cologne. The staff at Pullman this time all seemed new and learning the ropes. All in all though they are learning and i'm sure the service will be up to standard very soon. Only disappointment this time was the hot breakfast which was somewhat cold. The rest of the breakfast was fabulous though. Would definately stay here again but i hope next time the service has improved...

Hotel is in a great location and is a walk away from either Hohenzollernring to the west and the Dom to the east. Very clean and quite upscale. The rooms are nice and good size for european standards. One weird thing was there was no outlet for electricity in the bathroom for the girlfriend's hair straightener.

The hotel was very nice, the room was very well layed out with modern furnishings. The staff were very helpful and friendly inall areas of the hotel. All in all a very pleaseant hotel in a good location

Overall very good stay, room is amazing and the bed was so comfortable. But service is relatively average compared to the other Pullman/Sofitel I have stayed in. Has to ask for welcome gift and drink after checkin. Did not receive welcome drink at all.... couldnt be bother asking multiple times.

Very good hotel in Cologne. It seems to be brand new, everything is very new in the room. Very modern, very confortable. Nespresso machine in the room. The bar & restaurant on the last floor is great, with good food, great view and great service.

Staying for 10 days at the Pullman cologne was a great experience. My room was big and was cleaned throughly dailyt, breakfast was excellent; many choices of coffees, juices, cheeses, cereals fruits, and of course the excellent german bread.The highlight of the hotel was the staff; just ask a question and you will find the best answer as if they knew your question before you asked it. The fitness room very clean and open 24hrs with high quality equipment. I would highly recommend the Cologne Pullman hotel to anyone going to the city

A nice and conveniently located hotel, just as I expected, having stayed there several times before. In fact, it seems that Pullman is becoming one of my favourite hotels in Cologne, despite some small annoyances.This time I had problems with the spa facilities: Adjusting the temperature of the rain showers was almost impossible, one was permanently too cold, the other a bit too hot. The steam bath worked only occasionally. Fortunately other quests had called the front desk and after a while a technician came to fix the problem.One of the permanent annoyances is the smoke in the downstairs bar. The bar is nice, and the staff in there really know how to mix great cocktails, but unfortunately the smoke can sometimes make the experience less than enjoyable. This might be a uniquely German problem. In most other countries smoking isn't allowed in any public indoor spaces.
