Mercure Berlin city is a simple hotel. It’s just 2 stops by Tram to the main Berlin hbf station. Our room was cozy , compact but quite comfortable for our stay for 6 nights. Bathroom was absolutely clean but again compact. Just enough space for your need . . House keeping was very good and efficient. I did not try their breakfast or any meal . .

The location is very good, with tram and underground right outside the hotel. Lots of interesting places, like the Berlin Wall memorial, is within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Super location of hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. Room was a little warm and WiFi signal poor on 3rd floor but only needed internet to work out train journeys etc so was able to use 5G instead. Would definitely stay again, beds very comfy.

It was ok, nothing more, nothing less. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, the internet in the hotel room was terrible (even in the Premium high-speed option).

It was my second visit at this hotel and it was as good as the first and I will likely come back for a third the next time I'm in Berlin. Everything just works very well in terms of comfort and location. Good staff overall and facilities are well maintained.
