"Nice Hotel, But Airport Shuttle Too Crowded"

Your stay at this hotel will be pleasant, but be sure and get to the front of the queue for the airport shuttle bus or you'll be waiting a few more cycles to get yourself and your baggage successfully on the shuttle. Thank goodness there was at least an Accor employee there to help with bags, but it was still quite hurried and uncomfortable.

I was told fitness was included, but over there, I was told I had to pay 10 euro, they charged me 6 Euro for using the internet cable, while internet was free,I believe Ibis hotels are much better and their prices are more reasonable . Your staff were not friendly at all, in my opinion most of places in Europe people are not happy of what they do,they have no idea what customer service is and it's like they are just obligated to work and they are angry with the clients because of that. The breakfast you offered doesn't match with the price you ask. Compared with North America where I live there is a huge difference between the service I get there and here in Europe, long way to get there.

We had an overnight flight and had to find a hotel close from the airport to facilitate morning transfer. The price for flexible reservation was far too high as for we got in return. Shuttle takes approx. 15 min but overall takes quite some time, if you planned to do something same evening. Getting to the city requires going back to the airport, so hotels right at the terminal are more convenient. Sheraton is a better value, with direct access from the terminal.

My stay at Novotel Amsterdam Airport was very nice. I got to sleep well and enjoy the restaurant services too. Especially I'd like to thank manager Marek on Sunday 24th for friendly and up-to-date service.

Great location for travellers. Free shuttle service to Airport which offers train services to city centre. Room comes with breakfast and free wifi service. Highly recommended for travellers who wish to enjoy a quiet stay after a busy day at city centre.

The hotel is good: clean and well-situated for those who need to fly out. However, I got particularly unlucky this time as I happened to end on the same floor as the group of teenagers traveling on the bus. Could not go to sleep until 2 a.m. Things happen. Otherwise the hotel is quite all right

thi hotel is too old! the quality is poor for a novotel!the day before i slept in ibis shevenigen and this is an hotel, new, clean, nice design of lobby, nice design of the room...was an ibis but is really nice!i will never sleep another night in this hotel, old, not really clean, the furniture is old, the internet pc doesn't work...don't sleep here!

We stayed for a night at Novotel during our visit to Netherlands.Hotel staff was very friendly and hotel was maintained to the high standards just like all the other hotels from Accor group that we have stayed in so far.The room was neat and clean and had all the amenities as mentioned during booking. Sleeping comfort was a complete blissful experience which gave us a refreshing start on the next day.We needed a hotel close to the airport so as to save on time. While the hotel was not very close to the airport, they had a good shuttle service with good frequency which settled it for us.While the room rent was a bit higher than my expectations, it needs to be considered that it was bank holiday weekend of peak season. I am very happy that I chose this hotel for my stay and would definitely recommend it to others as well.

Good , Decent hotel close to the airport, shuttle service is convenient from airport to hotel. the staff is good and pleasing and also helpful. The free internet service is helful which was offered by the hotel on check in.the rooms are clean and the beds and blankets are great .

Those looking for a quiet stay with good recreational facilities ( swimming, steam, sauna..).Limited food options, but the ibis is a free coach trip away.Free wifi is a plus and the staff is well trained and friendly.

We (couple with 4 young children) stayed here for a couple of nights. No problems getting to/from the hotel with the frequent shuttle bus. On check-in, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and they paid special attention to the children.Rooms were perfectly fine, not huge but big enough for the price paid (we had 2 connecting rooms), breakfast was plentiful and free for children and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay here again if visiting Amsterdam.
