Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 5.0 out of 5 stars "A hotel that completely fulfills my needs"

16th May 2012, jlarsso1, Gothenburg, Sweden

We stayed in a deluxe room which is a little superior to the average type.Nice overview of the Casino Park.We especially appreciated the breakfast (nice service) and the spa facilities.Perfectly located close to the conference site (Eurogress).

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Good hotel, fascinating city"

11th April 2012, AnchW

It's an old styley spa hotel, with long corridors that can be a bit offputtingly Shining-esque, but all given the Accor touch of reliability. Aachen's worth a visit for its own sake but the Pullman is a good base. I'd like to compare with the Aquis Granae, but until then this does the job for me.

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 4.0 out of 5 stars "If you do not want to stay in Maastricht during TEFAF..."

29th March 2012, Paris, France

Good value for money. Service may be a bit less complete than in the past (I've stayed there regularly over the past six years). There is more "do it yourself" than I recall. The night staff is a bit on the phlegmatic side. There is, however, a wonderful day concierge named Joachim Neumann who deserves special praise for his unflagging good humor and helpfulness. (I hope the Pullman brass read these reviews). The breakfast buffet is copious and delicious. The public rooms and terraces very nice. I did not try the restaurant on this occasion.

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Perfect hotel with perfect staff."

22nd September 2011, 4T4U, Utrecht

We stayed with 5 families with young children. We were welcomed very friendly at the reception. The restaurantstaff was also very friendly. Breakfast is very good. Lots of variety and very good quality. Hotelrooms are very clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are luxurious and clean. The pool is very nice, with a warm outside temperature and a normal watertemperature it is nice to take a swim, also with children. I have no negative comments about this hotel. Like I said, a perfect hotel with a perfect staff.

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 2.0 out of 5 stars "No service"

8th September 2011, london

The bedroom was very tinyThen the internet was not working ( unless you go to the lobby ) the hotel stated there is a car park , but its a tiny car park and if you arrive late there is no space available...The staff was not helpfull and did not care...I arrived on a saturday nite on my way to a business trip, obviously not a good idea to arrive that late on a saturday nite ( 8pm...)

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Relax in luxury"

13th June 2011

Superb hotel. This was our second visit in less than a year. The room (superior room) was very spacious even though we had a rollaway bed for our daughter. The room was also clean and quiet with pleany of storage space. The pool is heavenly. A truly relaxing stay.

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Pullman Aachen Quellenhof"

13th June 2011, Paris

Excellent hotel with very good location, walking disctance to the city center. Rooms are very nice & decorated with style. Though bathrooms are not too spacious, bed mattress quite bad and air condition a bit too noisy. Spa services & breakfast excellent! Hotel parking should be included in the price.

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Good Hotel but poor service at reception"

23rd May 2011, LAval

When we registered, we asked the clerck to remove the business package we had reserved because we would not be needing it. The receptionist told us there was no business package butat check out they charged us this business package even though we had specifically asked it be re moved and had not used any of the services included in it.

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Aachen stay"

10th May 2011, Trondheim

This hotel has very nice rooms and food and service. Very beatilful surroundings. Short walk brings you to downtown Aachen. You find nice big conference rooms here. A big big big big big big recommend from me!

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Fantastic experience - except for the bed"

11th April 2011, London

I took my family to Aachen for a weekend trip in March. The Pullman is conveniently located on a ring road very near the centre of town. The proximity of the busy road was no problem at all due to good sound insulation. Service was efficient and friendly. The restaurant is quite ambitious but pricey. The room was spacious and in an excellent condition (furniture, carpet, walls, etc). The TV was a rather small CRT, which has become unusual in hotels of this standard. Staff had already put up an extra bed for my child without me asking for it - they took their cue from the reservation which was nice. The hotel pool is an experience - it has the size for a proper swim. Overall, we had a wonderful stay but for one (unfortunately serious) nag: The bed. To start with, the mattress was soft to the point of giving no support, which admittedly is a question of taste. However, the real problem was that we were drenched in sweat within minutes of lying down (and no, we did not run the heating in the room). Wether it is the material of the bedlinen, or of the duvet and mattress cover I do not know, but it was rather unpleasant.

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Amazing service at the Quellenhof"

2nd February 2011, Your_Destiny, Orange County, CA

I have stayed at the Quellenhof 3 times in the past 3 months and have greatly enjoyed each stay. The cheapest rooms are very small, but perfect for one person. They still have ample room for luggage and a nice desk for working. They are incredibly clean and fresh. The service at the hotel is top notch. They changed my bedding to hypoallergenic before I arrived (because they remembered my request during my previous visit) and even mailed my makeup brushes to me that I forgot at the hotel. The spa at the hotel is relaxing and gorgeous. It's a wonderful FREE perk to the hotel. The elephant bar downstairs serves up delicious cocktails and bar snacks. The servers are always happy to help you even when the bar is quite busy (especially Christine). The breakfast is expensive, but pallatial. If I was on a personal trip, I would choose to have breakfast outside the hotel. The hotel is a short walking distance to the downtown main area and is worth the short walk. I recommend for everyone to stay here when they visit. The concierge is also top notch and helped me to plan all of my trips around the area. He also has some interesting stories about Bob Dillon and the Rolling Stones. You should take the time to chat with him while you are there!

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Too hot to sleep comfortably"

12th January 2011, Everge:

Very nice hotel, delicious food but 3 points of concern:- Room: too hot at night to have a comfortable sleep;- Room: bed cover as well as seats were not impecably clean;- Service at reception: not very friendly, showed little empathy when we asked to put the heat off at night.

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof: 5.0 out of 5 stars "I and my son were pampered as nowhere else"

31st December 2010, Mgrom, Moscow

The lockation is right near Carolus thermen, though Pullman has its own very nice Spa center incl pool and 3 types of sauna. Very good breakfast. Reasonably priced car parking right under Hotel
