I have stayed at the Pullman several times since I have been coming to London once per month for the last year. I always find the staff to be exceptional and the rooms are very nice. I will continue to visit the Pullman in the future

« Another great stay in a superb location »

We have stayed in this hotel a few times. We always stay here when in London.The location is very good. Transportation by buses, underground and trains to all parts of london (and Europe). We stayed in a De luxe room. Quiet, bright and spacious. The bathroom is small, with little storage space. No bath but a spacious walk in shower. The one disadvantage in the room is no drawers to store your things. There is a long shelf which also serves as a desk, so you can spread your belongings there. There is ample hanging storage' a good safe and a Nespresso coffe machine. The staff is usually exceptional. Very efficient and pleasant service. We encountered one case of improper service. On our second check in (we stayed 5 days' left and came back) our room was not ready, although it was past the official check in time. This may happen in a busy hotel. The receptionist asked us to wait in the lobby and promused to bring us the keys as soon as the room is ready. Than, although she was not busy, she seemed to forget about us (we were seating where she could see us, After 40 minutes we approached her. The room was ready, of course but she apparently did not check. She than told us to wait while she prepares the keys. And than new guests arrived and instead of taking care of our keys she checked them in. We found this acompletely unacceptable behaviour. This was an exceptional behaviour at the Pullman's .

« Great hotel »

Great hotel. Very clean, modern rooms, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. Check-in very personable> They do an excellent breakfast range with quality products. The steak restaurant offers good steaks, albeit a little pricey.

« A very well maintained property »

Everything was very good, the room is clean though the amenities are not that new. A clear indication of high standard set by the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel does not provide disposable tooth brush/tooth paste and shaver/shaver cream. A contrasting different from hotels in Asia.

« Pleasant stay »

I visited London with my family and had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was good size and looked nice. There is however room for improvement for the breakfast buffet. The selection and quality did not match the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to London. I would say it is a good choice for both family's and people traveling for business.
