Can't beat the location! Situated right next to the lake and right in town. Staff were great and attentive. The kids loved their little lamb teddies they were given for free. Hard to stay anywhere else in Queenstown...

Good overall although with some clunky areas. I needed to send out a courier item and needed to wrap it. It took me much pleading to be allowed to have a pair of scissors and sellotape!! This is a bit crazy for a hotel. Finally, I said I was not going to commit suicide with a pair of scissors at which stage I was allowed to borrow them for a short period!! I did not want to be down at reception doing all this. Staff very good and helpful, thank you. Breakfast selection good and bonus of complimentary glass of wine for each night great treat.

Obviously has good position but room very tight and mountain view not all that spectacular. Absolutely amazed that there is no lift to restaurant !!! Made it hard as not that agile. Forget /or lost my car and took ages to obtain. Breakfast good.
