Hotel is in massive need of renovations, had tiles breaking under our feet in bathroom, light switches hanging from walls, heated towel rails nearly falling off, toilet flush button hanging out of wall and not usable, dirty stained bath that doesn't drain properly. Informed the day before arrival that there would be elevator works while we were there so had to climb the stairs constantly which are extremely narrow so its a constant traffic jamb with all the other guests. Defiantly would not recommend anyone stay here until major work has been completed. Had a friend and his family staying at the same time on the other side of the hotel with similar complaints.

We stayed at Novotel Queenstown for 2 days. Location is great. Check in and Check out was easy and flexible. Car parking was good. Overall we liked our stay.
