This is the second time in the hotel. But no wish to go again. The are two things I like more. Location and reception team. All the rest need improvement. Food is the same every day. I stayed in suite, on arrival there was no shampoo and conditioner. The cleaners did not bother to check. The floor was absolutely dirty with sticky . The main thing ! The hotel team must learn how to enter the room. According to common rules. They should know at least 2/3 times waiting for answer. Then slowly open the door if no response. I was in the room , after the knocked only several seconds passed . I was approaching the door but it was opened by the lady who checks mini bar. This is not first time in this hotel. She even did not apologise even seeing my surprised and not not satisfied face .

staff excellent, room clean. Balcony very dirty unfortunately, a build up of days. Breakfast, whilst it was peak time 9.00 am, no hot water for tea and coffee queue took more than 20 minutes. Hot food very limited choice left.

It was my wife's birthday and we were given an upgrade and a small bottle of champagne to drink with our diner. We could arrive early and change in the fitness room before lunch before checking in in the afternoon. The same applied when we left late the next day - we could change back into travel clothes after teh lunch. The room was clean, with a lovely view. We were 100% happy and grateful.
