"was fine but some comments and issues"

- excellent location, nice garden, pool and restaurant, good room, mostly good service, but sometimes slow in both restaurants- very good room and view, but the only chair not comfortable- was annoying that payment could not be made by Amex, used for reservation- tried to fill in data on my accord member card, but no explanation on contract number - card number did not work - and helpful staff at reception also not clear on this- so I could not enter my points for these 7 nights CAN THIS STILL BE CORRECTED?

This hotel needs complete renovation. Everything is run down. Showers leak, towels are very old, door to balcony does not close, wall near airco black. Swimmingpool full of children getting swimmnglessons. Guest can nt use it. Staff ot interested in hotel at all. No value for money.

We refurbished our 108 rooms in 2010. Concerning the swimming pool lessons is 3 times per week 2 hours betewen 8 am and 10 am, during the school period.At Ibis Hotel , our commitment is to provide a superior service experience for every customer. we did not have internet connection during the whole stay.in the morning, a strong voice and music from a church wake us up.Towels not clean and too hold.Food should be more fresh.Air conditioner must be review and maintain.Need more receptionists at pick our; when people are doing their check out.
