I've been to Togo for 12 times. And Ibis Lome is becoming my second home in Togo. Really nice people serving. Environment is clean, too. Dry clean is really prompt. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because of the newly enforced security check by the entrance really pissed me off. They asked us to take out all the luggages and open them by the street on the floor.... no dignity for us at all. I understand the tense situation now, but I hope there can be at least a table to put the luggage for security check, not on the street road. Other than that, I am really pleased with this newly-renovated hotel.

The hotel is in need of updating, inside and out. Which is currently ongoing. The rooms are completely out of date and need urgent attention. Breakfast is a disaster, the cheese was even mouldy on one morning

Be sure that it will be soon finished. About the breakfast, did you inform a manager about the cheese? Concerning the rooms, our beds are new, as well as the curtains (September 2014) all made in France. By the way, The Sweet Bed By Ibis is a bed very appreciated by our Guests. Every thing was nice But I could not able to utilise my Accord card points here. My accord card points may be expired , but when I discuss with at reception they did not considered that points. Else The property is good. But

I enjoyed my stay, though it was short. I had the sea view and it was refreshing to wake up each morning to the view of the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. I however wish there was a fridge in the room.
