"Very Bad"

Will never stay in this Hotel again and will completely reconsider my future stays with Accor. Check in and out was too long, room was very premitive, pellows were terrible, food was very commercial and value for money was extreemly bad.

"Good and affordable option for Dubai"

Although it is a Novotel, the rooms look like as you were at a Mercure, which means, an level down. Rooms are very small to accomodate a family (although they say it is for a family). We were a part of 4. One day the cleaning just forgott to leave towels and late in the evening when we were back to the hotel, I had to call many times reception and room service for having clean towels. It is just not acceptable for a Novotel brand to forget about basic things as to have clean towels every single day. The hotal is just 10 minutes by taxi to Dubai mall and offers a shuttle service although a taxi does not cost that much. The good of our stay was the breakfast. Very nice quality and variety of food. You can have a superb meal and get time for knowing Dubai before thinking about a meal again. Reception is quite a mess. If you are running late you can still on a confused line and wait for an eternity until be attended, but the good news is that there are nice and friendly servers. We were able to check in very early in the morning without any extra cost.

"Good service, location and breakfasts"

Maheshi at the reception was wonderful, very prompt, attentive and excellent customer service as was the resturant manager and other staff. Breakfasts and other buffet meals were of a high standard, clean and good value for money. Shuttle to city centre available but limited service at nigts. Reasonably central and easy reach of Dubai Mall.

Over all the stay was good. But I think WiFi should be free. WiFi is such a cheep facility that it is very funny to be paid. Air conditioning should be controlled through the switch in the room. Mini bar should be open not locked.

"Good Value for Money"

Good hotel to stay with a family. Nice rooms, and wonderful gym. Convenient location not too far from the Metro. Only the breakfast seemed expensive (AED 85 per person is a bit too much when in Dubai you can generally eat for 40 AED per meal), but we did not take it and had food outside mainly.The staff was nice and paid efforts to give us a room in the early morning, and allowed us to check out an early afternoon without additional charges.

"A short visit to Dubai"

My wife and I had a short trip to visit our son. The Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai, apart from being very comfortable and having excellent facilities, is ideally situated and is only a few minutes walk from the Metro, which will take you to Dubai Mall and Burj Kalifa,(the tallest building in the world), Mall of The Emirates and its indoor ski slope and also a direct line from the airport. Well worth a stay and good value for money.

"Reasonally priced hotel"

Checked in at 2am after an overnight flight. Reception OK but had to wait while a third bed was made up for our son but this was done efficiently. Room a bit cramped after this. Buffet breakfast excellent - open 6 to 10:30 am. Staff in restaurant and pool particularly friendly and helpful. Our room had views of the Burj Khalifa and Emirates Towers as requested. The pool was just right for us. Location is central and everywhere was a reasonably (if they do n't take you the long way) priced Taxi ride away if needed. Metro is also only minutes walk away through the Trade Centre if required. Overall a reasonably priced hotel that was exactly what we were expecting and represented value for money.

Hotel rooms and bathrooms must be urgently refurnished, means renewed; ventilation in the rooms is not good and during my last stays, it was smelling mouldy - this is a negative point for the hotel. Very satisfied with the service offered and the convenient central location for reaching different parts of the city.

"Good Location; Good Value"

Just returned from 6 days at the Novotel WTC and had a very nice stay there. The hotel is located within 5 mins walk to the Metro which gives you easy access to all parts of Dubai. The room was average in terms of size and the carpets were in need of relacement or at least a shampoo. That said everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The service was very friendly and the food in the restaurant and 2 bars was tasty and well presented. And then there was the pool which when the temp was + 40 degrees offered cool comfort...lovely. I would certainly recommend but it is possible that I got a good deal as there was not a lot happenning at the Centre whilst I was there.

"A great hotel for families"

The Novatel is a very good business type hotel with just the one bar and one restaurant, but both of good quality. if you're going to be visiting an event at the Dubai exhibition centre it offers the best combition of a good hotel and excellent location.One other useful fact is that all the rooms have a sofa bed and the space in which to use it in a practical fashion. If you're visiting Dubai with the family the room can confortably sleep 2 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool is also family friendly, being no more than 1.45 m deep and so you can have a splash with the children before breakfast and then heading off for the weekend activities.

"Okay hotel"

The hotel has nice public spaces. Rooms are very basic and bathroom amenities are cheap. Bathroom is basic and a 4 star hotel bathroom. If you are on business in Dubai there are better hotels. Not appropriate for holidays. The only advantage is that if you are attending a trade show it is located on the premises but maybe IBIS hotel located at the other end of the Convention Center might be better and cheaper.

This hotel is good location for exhibition. It is right next to the Dubai World trade center.And workers are kind and well trained. But room is a bit small and there is no convenient store around. On the weekend, you will need to go far to find a place to eat.

Air conditioning was difficult to regulate and very noisy - hence sleep was impaired . Favorite guest desk was not manned on arrival and the check in was rather slow. The room rate durign the exhibition was very high and I do not believe the room was worth Dhs1500 per night. Breakfast was avarage.

"Best blockout curtains"

Hotel was clean, neat and tidy. Staff was excellent and always tried to be helpful. Taxi was readily available and Metro only short walk which was easy to catch and staff helpful.Breakfast bar was good but there was no fruit eg.bananas or whole fresh fruit. Check in and out easy and relatively quick. Air conditioner worked and hotel facilities were well maintained. There was a private function on one evening in the pool area but it was all cleaned up by next morning. Beds were hard but comfortable and carpet is due for replacement but still clean. Best blockout curtains ever!!!!!! Hotel runs shuttle bus to a couple of the malls which are on time and easy to catch. Hotel could have a few more pamphlets availablr for guests but conciege was helpful with bookings.

"Good Location, but terrible service and staff."

I've Been to many Accor hotels and I am a advantage plus platinum member. With my all experience this is the worse hotel of all. There is no doubt that staff has no clue about right from the front desk to restaurant and house keeping. Reservation details were correct but staff couldn't read it properly and the result is no breakfast.Guest services is all about being not there and smoking outside. Room services deliver wrong food and restaurant has the same food over 7 days on breakfast. And not to mention the restaurant staff attitude before the seating.Avoid this hotel at any cost.!!
