Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Good location for exhibition"

This hotel is good location for exhibition. It is right next to the Dubai World trade center.And workers are kind and well trained. But room is a bit small and there is no convenient store around. On the weekend, you will need to go far to find a place to eat.

Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Stay at Novotel World trade centre Dubai - Jan/Feb 2012"

Air conditioning was difficult to regulate and very noisy - hence sleep was impaired . Favorite guest desk was not manned on arrival and the check in was rather slow. The room rate durign the exhibition was very high and I do not believe the room was worth Dhs1500 per night. Breakfast was avarage.

Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Best blockout curtains"

Hotel was clean, neat and tidy. Staff was excellent and always tried to be helpful. Taxi was readily available and Metro only short walk which was easy to catch and staff helpful.Breakfast bar was good but there was no fruit eg.bananas or whole fresh fruit. Check in and out easy and relatively quick. Air conditioner worked and hotel facilities were well maintained. There was a private function on one evening in the pool area but it was all cleaned up by next morning. Beds were hard but comfortable and carpet is due for replacement but still clean. Best blockout curtains ever!!!!!! Hotel runs shuttle bus to a couple of the malls which are on time and easy to catch. Hotel could have a few more pamphlets availablr for guests but conciege was helpful with bookings.

I've Been to many Accor hotels and I am a advantage plus platinum member. With my all experience this is the worse hotel of all. There is no doubt that staff has no clue about right from the front desk to restaurant and house keeping. Reservation details were correct but staff couldn't read it properly and the result is no breakfast.Guest services is all about being not there and smoking outside. Room services deliver wrong food and restaurant has the same food over 7 days on breakfast. And not to mention the restaurant staff attitude before the seating.Avoid this hotel at any cost.!!

My family and I had a pleasant stay with excellent hospitality from all Novotel WTC staffs:-Front Desk, Services, Pool, Restaurant, Concierge, and Bell Captain. This is our second trip to Dubai sine 2010 and we chose to stay on both the times at Novotel WTC

Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Good location but slow/poor service"

Service was terrible, TV didn't work, manager said he would send us arabian sweets as I am a platinum member but we never received anything. The concierge insisted I get my hair done at the hotel salon and lied about their opening time (I really needed to get my hair done at 9 AM as I had to leave but the salon only opened at 10). The valet service is too slow.

Nice and clean hotel almost good access to west side of dubai which normaly i am intersted in , staff were friendly, if u are searching for a logic hotel and u have your own car that is the one !In case u want to have easy acess to hurt of city then, there is another Novotel .

We are always happy with Novotel Hotels. The room was classed as family although a little small for the four of us (using sofa bed- time now for us to consider getting adjoining rooms).The location is great - about a 3 minute walk to the Metro train station. There is also a complimentary shuttle bus to the major shopping malls. The breakfast was excellent.Service at the poolside was great (light meals, drinks)Very friendly staff - helpful.

Great location, good hotel offering fair value, Internet connection quite expensive, but I always use this hotel when in Dubai, my 5th stay. Another plus point all taxi drivers know where it is, not the case with most places in Dubai. Note they no longer operate an airport shuttle, bu taxi some 25 AED.
