Ibis Budget very good value, as was the breakfast. Staff very helpful, we asked for some hot water for a flask, no problem. We made a mistake and went to the wrong Ibis, as there are two in Pontault Combault.

ibis budget Pontault Combault RN4 (ex ETAP HOTEL): 2.0 out of 5 stars "keep looking"

This hotel is pretty poor, very shabby and not very clean, I do think there are better hotels, for the same price. We used it to travel to eurodisney and the drive to the park was about 20 mins, but having used french hotels a lot in the past, I think there will be better ones nearer.

ibis budget Pontault Combault RN4 (ex ETAP HOTEL): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Avaerage butnot without problems"

The hotel is situate on a French Business Park, which mean you can easily get food from shops and take out places. The hotel is a long way out of Paris tho and has no transport facilities near by, so you really have to have a car to make this a worth while place. The staff where friendly and helpful, limited English with some of them (but it's considably better than my French). We did encounter one problem when teh cleaner on our first day threw away our carrier bag (which was hung up on a hook) with most of our was stuff in and my wifes medication. The language barrier did course a problem with thte front desk staff but they did get the manager on the phone to talk through the problem. He did come in to go through the bins but as it was going to take him 45 mins my wife and I did it because the front of house team refused to do it. So if your just doing Dysney Land it's not a bad place to stay on a budget. BUT if you want luxary and romance this is not the place for you, but a good place if you just want to wash your head.
