"Really nice hotel"

Really nice hotel in Santiago. Very friendly staff and the rooms are very quiet e clean.The area around the hotel is safe and calm. I would definitely stay there again.

"Novotel Vitacura"

Good value hotel in nice part of Vitacura. Surprisingly quiet given its location. Renovations to the reception, bar and restaurant area are pretty much complete. Value for money, in comparison with its nearby major competitors is very good.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast and nice restaurant too. The swimming pool was under refurbishment, what a pity! The only problem is that don't have a metro station close to the hotel... you have to walk for 20 min more or less... but I recommend Novotel Santiago Vitacura for sure.

overall a convenient stay, nice and very fiendly staff...unfortunately (due to renovation) no real bar available in the evening (just in restaurant) and personally i found the beds (matrace) were too weak...

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I find location to be very good to me, in the Vitacura area. But the rooms are kind of small. Furniture is fine, bed is comfortable, food is fine. No free access to the gym???!!! Upsetting... It used to be a great place to stay for US$ 140-150 (like it was in the past), but now at US$ 190-200 seems way too expensive.

Hotel in an excellent area though quite away from town - rooms good - handy to local transport which makes up from distance to townBUT 3 mornings in a row we hand no HOT water for shower- hotel staff were rather disinterested - in fact stated if was a real problem other people would have complained- I assure you the water was cold or at the best luke warm.- no real opologiesHad one evening meal at the hotel during the stay - rather standard and choice poor- what we wanted not on menuAs stated good place nice hotel service a little down

Hotel is bit far from "center", clean rooms, but is visible not in the best shape. Staff friendly, not all of them speaking English. I believe you can get for same money better hotel.
