"Novotel Suites Munchen"

Nice clean hotel, rooms are basic but really very nice overall. The hotel suites are reasonably sized and the hotel staff are attentive to requests. I would stay again, though more information about the Tram into Schwabing and the restaurant district would improve things. You cannot buy a tram ticket at the nearest station, so you either have to ride illegally or get off at the next stop to buy one. A minor inconvenience to be sure. Nearby in Schwabing is every restaurant one could want, so the location is decent.

It was a very good stay for all of us and if we come to Munich again, we will take Suite Novotel Munchen Parkstadt Schwabing again!!We slept very well, it was quiet, clean and the service was very good.

Of all the hotels I have ever been in my life, this is surely the best. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hot shower worked perfectly. The TV was very modern, it was a kind of computer too, with Internet access.Internet access was included, just plugged the cable and my computer was online.Breakfast was nice but there are a nice bakery and a super market at walking distance.Location is not so great just because you need to walk a little to get to the subway (yes, it is possible to cross the autobahn). But, once in the subway, you can get around Munich easily and rapidly.We stood in this hotel during the Oktoberfest, and we were very pleased.

This hotel is in the suburbs of Munich but really close to public transportation which is reasonable and easy to navigate. We have found free parking down the road and went to have a blast in downtown Munich without any parking worries. The hotel is clean, comfortable and reasonably priced and the staff is very helpful and nice.

Rooms good and spacious. Nice to have Internet and Films included but then price was not low.Did not like moulded bathroom/toilet. Toilet did not smell clean / well ventilated.Breakfast could be a lot better.

The hotel is located in a residential area and not much around except the IBIS hotel nextdoor where there is one restaurant. Nice touch with TV that offers also free movies, games, computer facilities.

Large room/suite that can be easily divided into separate living and sleeping areas; comfortable beds and furniture; free WiFi; good breakfast but no restaurant; friendly, helpful service; not luxurious but very comfortable; excellent for families with kids; pet friendly; location is somewhat out of the way, in a new suburb, with nothing much around it, so own car is strongly recommended; nevertheless, there's easy and fast access by car to all areas in Munich: 2-3 km to Schwabing (lots of restaurants etc.), 4km (10-15 mins) to the city centre, 15-20 mins to Nymphenburg Palace, short drive to English Garden. Overall mid-range, but excellent value for money.

Room was large for four person. And you have all needed facilities (free internet, small kitchen). Parking might be problematic, if you are not ready to pay garage fee. Breakfast is excellent. Cleaning and smell needs some improvement

Nice room with comfortable beds and breakfast. Location is ok, if you are going to watch football match in Allianz Arena. Cleaning persons were not up to date :(, no new disposabel cups and only two glass for tooth brushing.

The hotel is OK but is to far to centre. The transport is Ok but need to change a tram and a u bahn to the most important objective to town. Exist the possibility to direct U bahn but is far to hotel. A problem is the cleaning sevices problems with the soap .Generally is OK because is not expensive.

Good value for money.Close to subway station.Rooms are nice and clean.Quite location.Parking for only 9€/day.Breakfast was good with a big variety of food, tea and coffee (you can even have a nice cappuccino).
