Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, nice acomodations... A very good japanese restaurant just across the street, lots of bars and restaurants really close. Near the beach aswell. A very nice stay.

The hotel is in a great location close to many restaurants, easy access to main roads and airport. If you stay there it is worth your while to go to Suco Puro which is 2 blocks away and meet the Crazy Canuck Owner Larry and have an acai with granola - excellent food and serviceAs a regular at the hotel I was disappointed in a number of issues this trip1) No shampoo so the nite staff said but when i asked housekeeping the next day they had lots - why there was none in the room and non-available was all about attitude2) As a regular and the hotel is not full expect a room with a view but instead nite staff wouldn't transfer me - again attitude issue3) internet was not consistent for the 2 days i was there and was aggravating when trying to work and use SKYPE to call clients - everyone had a different reason why it was but it still took 2 days to fix4) Mini-bar offerings (menu) didn't exist - sorry we are out of everythingOverall a clean place to stay, pricing is reasonable although I have never been able to capitalize on the so-called internet deals they offerBreakfast is worth the R$14 and the staff there are always pleasant and helpful - worth slipping them a couple of reais and saying thanksI will stay again hoping management reads the notes left and makes changes especially to the nite staff attitudes

"Typical Ibis"

Typical Ibis hotel with neat, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Location is a bus ride from city centre, but good for beaches and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.Surprisingly, the hotel had no map of the area or the city, and none of the staff knew where the tourist office was!

"Basic but Nice"

Having stayed at this IBIS Hotel many times in the past there are never any surprises. Pricing is good relative to the other options in Vitoria but that said you get what you pay for.The rooms are small and sparsely decorated - a TV, bed, desk and small mini fridge with room for little but the basics. Bathroom extras consist of a small bar of soap and small bottle of shampoo.Wireless internet is free but tends to drop off and asks you to sign back in at the strangest timesFood items downstairs are outrageous with R$7 for a small bag of potato chips as an exampleBreakfast is not terrific for the extra R$14 and there are many bakeries offering breakfast a short walk from the hotelStaff are polite and efficient - you must pay in advance for your stay - either the entire sum upfront or every morning and the staff will hound you for the payment.Parking is 2 levels and a challenge to get intoLots of nice restaurants & bars within walking distance - check out the crazy Canadian Larry who owns Puro Suco around the corner - quite a character - great foodIf you want a cheap place to stay, near good amenities, the beach and are not looking for anything special this IBIS is great

"Excellent quality for the money!!"

The hotel is clean, efficient and well located. The staff is friendly and prompt in responding to requests. I had never stayed at an Ibis hotel but it was a pleasent experience. Best value for the money!!!
