"I love this hotel"

I loved every minute of my stay at this hotel from the moment I walked in. the hotel is exceptional value. The decor is gorgeous and the food terrific. This hotel is well located between nana station and terminal 21 shopping centre. I stayed at the vie but rate this better for ambience and location. Would definitely return but with my bathers next time.

"good hotel in Bangkok"

This is one of the good hotel I had ever stay in worldwide. The only problem is the staff sometimes had problem with English and deliver wrong service. Personally, I will recommend this hotel but probably with local fluent language accompany will be the best.

"Sofitel Bangkok - Good Choice"

The hotel was fantastic. Rooms were clean and services were friendly. the only shortfall was that there were no connecting rooms for us. We booked two rooms for 2 nites and yet we didn't get connecting rooms given that we made our reservation 2 months back.

"Parfait"

After a week in phuket I wanted to visit Bangkok and be in very good hotel. I really love Sofitel hotel but the So Bangkok is one of my favorite. Great decoration, Great staff and great food. I stayed in a suite with an amazing view.And for the price it is really a place to be. Bravo !

"Magnifique Stay"

I been dining a few times at this hotel for their Sunday Brunch and decided to stay there for a few days while my brother was visiting from overseas.We arrived a bit early, but there were no problems. The check in was smooth and we were taken to the room by the butler Som. Very friendly.The room is awesome with everything being of the best quality. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices including fresh made juice.The swimming pool is nice and clean. Only thing was that the ladder in the pool was slippery and I hurt my foot getting up from the pool.I lived in Thailand for years and I been to many place and I would highly recommend this hotel to people planning on staying in Bangkok.One thing that been irritating me since check out was the struggle to get my Le Club Accor Points. I wrote the hotel and got the reply that they would get back to be as soon as possible. But nothing happend. I wrote again and got the same answer. I ended up wasting my time writing to them FIVE times before I was given the points. And now I disagree with the points given and I wrote them again on Jan 17 but no answer. This is the reason for me changing the service from 5 to 2.

"Excellent choice"

We stayed at this hotel for its location.Close to trains,shopping centre,and healthland which have excellent massages.We upgraded to the club section and it was well worth it.The room was large with all amenities.Staff were very helpful and friendly.The bed was extremely comfortable.The sky bar on the 32nd floor has an amazing view.The pool is great.We would definitely stay there again.

"A HOLIDAY TO BANGKOK"

From our first contact at check in it was all good we were early and the girl that checked us in was 100% helpful and went out of her way to find us a room, the room was good, excellent view over the city the bathroom excellent we did not eat at the hotel so cant tell about that we will stay again no problem the location very very good
