The hotel is really very good. I would like to recommend it to all my friends and to my colleagues.But I don't like writing novels when I express my impressions and I don't agree that I have to write at least 200 characters. Therefore, I will not write any more comments to Trip Advisor.

"very helpful courtesy staff"

stayed around 6 nights and found the bed extremely comfortable with good quality sheets. enjoyed being able to watch 24/7 films in English, bbc and ccn news. Very clean everywhere and staff kind enough to give me a quiet room. Would recommend staying at this particular Ibis hotel as although it is on the other side of the river it really is quite enjoyable walking across the bridge to the more busier side and not that far at all to the main areas. Staff helped me with any questions etc and handled themselves very professionally. Have booked to stay again when I next visit Prague later this month.............would recommend you book here also !

"Business Overnight"

The room was clean, view nice and check-in / checkout service efficient.Interior design is appealing.Location is very convenient. Great shopping across the street. Streetcar service next to hotel.Parking was very expensive for 12 hours - 550 CZK or US$28!

"Very good"

Clean, safe, friendly, quiet. Very helpful personnel, especially at the reception. I like to come there again and again. Meal is tasty and fresh. You can get authentic Czech food at the restorant. No any additional charges for guests.

"prague, love at first sjght"

Good location (big shopping center with great food market and reasonable restaurants, 200 m from metro and tram).Excellent front desk personnel (spend time on my request of information even in peak hours and the manager personally helped making a new reservation).Everything clean and working in the room.Great breakfast (for my taste everything was there and for my surprise like a mirage on the desert, I saw a jar of nutella that brought me back sweet ;) memories of my childhood)What else?....oh, yes...don`t forget to enjoy the lovely Praha , it`s just around the corner.

"Good sleep, shame about the breakfast"

Basic accommodation, but clean and quiet. Not in scenic centre of Prague, but good, direct trams a few minutes walk away get you there in 10 minutes or so. A free map/guide (which tram, where to get it, where to get off, how to pay), for visitors would have been helpful, though the receptionist pointed me in the right direction. Bathroom functional but I hate those wall mounted soap dispenser pumps. Only real downside was the breakfast. Plenty of it but teeny-tiny plates, poor quality produce, warm verging on cold egg, beans etc. (at least they had beans!) plus no regular English breakfast tea!!! Just fruit teas and Earl Grey - yeuch! If you can't produce a decent breakfast, don't include it in the price. Make it an optional extra or reduce what you offer and improve the quality.

"Great - as you would expect from an Ibis"

We have been travelling around Europe for a few months now and have used the Ibis and Ibis budget hotels regularly. This is another of their great hotels, comfortable, clean, friendly staff, good resteraunt, great location next to tram stop and underground. Easy to walk everywhere as well. Woudl definately recommend this hotel and stay again if in Prague.

"Ibis in Mala Strana."

This Ibis hotel is up to the usual high standard of this group. The restaurant serves excellent food, and the rooms are comfortable and airy. It is located in the buzzing Mala Strana area of Prague, with excellent facilities nearby.One criticism only is that the free Wi Fi wasn't too strong on the sixth floor of the building. But I would recommend this hotel strongly.

"Good Value Good Location Good Hotel"

Friendly and speedy check-in and out. Rooms clean although basic. Breakfast typical mid European with something for everyone. Just outside city centre but on the metro and tram lines - Prague Castle and city centre no more than 5/10 minutes by tram. Major shopping centre about 100m away and lots of places to eat locally

"Very good location and price"

The Ibis Praha Mala Strana is not exactly in Mala Strana, but is in a very convenient location and 15 or 20 minute walk you arrive at Mala Strana, the Prague Castle, the beautiful Charles Bridge or the Petrin hill.I loved this side of town! It is also very easy to get to the river and the other side of town. The hotel is very nice, staff helpful, rooms with good space, excellent cost x benefit. And Prague ... ah, is a wonderful city!

"Great Hotel, with great Transport links!"

This hotel is situated very close to the Andel Metro station and Number 14 and 20 trams that run directly into the centre of Prague. The hotel is also close to a large shopping centre (with a Tesco) that has a variety of shops that may be useful if you have forgotten anything for your stay. Friendly staff, clean hotel, not too loud even though situated to a main road. They also stock quick bites to eat if you don't want to eat in the restaurant. Overall, great hotel, would recommend to anyone!

"Ibis Praha Mala Strana"

Very convenient for tram stops and Metro station, also only 3 stops on tram 12 or 14 to Praha Smichov Rail station.Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, together with a Tesco storeFriendly English speaking staff, and rooms were usual Ibis standard.
