Overall experience was good. Only thing is the coffee set was not included which I find is odd for a 3 star hotel.

Helpfull ,polite staff that made the stay pleasent. the location is within easy walking distance to the main attractions. The one and only disappointing factor that really annoyed me was when I asked to stay longer in the hotel and then I was told that the cost was £79 per night because I had not booked longer by e-mail . This was a hike of £30 per night which was rediculous and therefore I had to go and find more reasonable accommodation which was a loss to your hotel.

"Fine service even after checkout"

I was in Prague to run the Half Marathon that started at noon when normally you have to check out. The concierge provided a place to leave my baggage and when I returned at 3pm to pick up she also provided another clean guest room to take a shower before my flight to next destination. I appreciated very much the service and the way I was treated.

"Great value out of the beaten way"

That was my second time at the Ibis in the Andel area of Prague (name of the hotel is Mala Strana but it is a 5 minutes tram from there).This is a great place to stay, plenty of restaurants in the evening a big Mall just near and very good connections by tram and metro (Andel) to pretty anywhere.The hotel is what you normally expect from an Ibis but the service is above level.Will be back again for sure!

"Best Value for Money"

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. Conveniently located to those who travel to Prague by airplane, train and/or car, very close to large shopping mall and metro station, in addition to (needless to say) clean room & quality staff. I particularly like Czech Goulash served at the hotel restaurant but there are plenty of places where you can eat and drink around the hotel.

"Perfect Prague"

The hotel is handily situated opposite a shopping centre, with shops open until 9 pm, including a Tesco superstore. McDonalds and KFC restaurants are just two minutes' walk, and the Metro is along the street. The river is only five minutes walk away. In other words, this hotel has a superb location. The room is up to the usual Ibis standard, bright, comfortable and neat, and the bed is supremely comfortable. Free wi-fi is available too. The in-house restaurant serves up great food in attractive surroundings. A thouroughly enjoyable stay.

"Cheap clean safe mixed service"

Fairly central, easy to get to main Prague attractions if you have a map.Hotel staff mostly excellent, but dining room evening stafff need training to be more customer focused.Wifi works well and is free!

"Very good location for travellers"

A shopping mall right beside the hotel, lots of food places around, trams and subway can take you anywhere you wanna visit. Front desk staff are very helpful; decent size washroom compared with other ibis hotels; they offer Dove and Lux shower cream which is better than ibis no name brand product

"Prague Tram 9"

This Ibis is one of the best Prague secret. Just a short tram ride takes you to the city center Vacslave Namesti-Wenceslao Square, where the shopping is great. From Wenceslao, just a short walk takes you to Starometska Square after walking inside alleys full of shops and restaurants. This hotel is right next to the Smichov Mall, KFC, Bus, Metro and Tram Stop.

Good location, good room ,good price and easy to travel around prague. Hope to see u again next year, Ibis praha mala strana. i really appreciated.I would like to recommend for any transportation from airport to hotel it to expencive (540 czk ) per car. It would be better if u prepare a transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.

"Good price for the good location"

I really enjoyed my staying. The hotel was clean, well furnished and the bed was really comfortable. I just advice, in case you want to sleep longer in the morning, to put the sign outside the door "do not disturb" otherwise the cleaning service will come unexpected.

"Ibis Prague"

Good hotel and location but poor and unfriendly staff at the reception for a business traveller. Rooms are clean and bar / restaurant staff are OK. Breakfast is not much for the price and a bit packed.

"ibis is a great choice!"

We were very satisfied with every aspect of services provided by the hotel, especially the cleanliness and the room facilities. The staff was also very nice. The location of this branch is fantastic - Mala Strana is a very lively area, and it is quite easy to reach all tourist attractions in Prague.

"City hotel"

Typical budget city hotel with small rooms.The hotel offers benefits for a-club members (more than advertised on the a-club site), there is a priority check in counter and you get a welcome drink. The room had carpet which had some huge stains on it.
