"Good value for money"

I stayed in this hotel since Ibis was sold out. I got an online sale and our night was only 3 dollars more expensive than Ibis. The superiority of this hotel when compared to Ibis though is undeniable. The rooms are much more spacious and cleaner. The staff was quite helpful as well. We only had trouble with accessing the wi-fi and the phone in the room did not work. I also have a little trouble with this style of hotel since you need to mind your own luggage. No one will help you up to your room, and the cart needs to be brought down by you as well.Overall it was a great stay and I would totally go back.

"Was not impressed"

I was not impressed with this hotel. I should have stayed next door at the Ibis for the money I paid. Small rooms, no bath tub and no mention of this on the site. There were no irons or ironing boards in the room. The service in the restaurant was sub par in the evening and exceptional in the morning.

A nice hotel, very kind staff and good restaurant.Rooms are quite comfortable and functional, but room rates are a little overpriced in my opinion. Mini-bar and room-service are also too expensive, especially taking in account the hotel lies just in front of a supermarket.Wi-Fi internet is not free and also overpriced.It is location in Santo André is an advantage.
