"Overnight stay at Malpensa"

Good bus shuttle service to terminal 1 and here you can take the Malpensaexpress into cental Milan in 30 minutes.Shuttle will also will drop passengers at terminal 2 for Easyjet flightsHotel has płenty of car parking and I would use the hotel as an access point for Milan unless I wants to stay up late in the cityThe room is excellent value

Excellent service, competent staff, clean rooms, good buffet breakfast.It is worth to put more read signs on the autostrada, directing to the hotel; it will make it easier to find hotel by guests, travelling by car.

"Great Stay"

This hotel is both efficient and clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. The beds are very comfortable. The food was good the breakfast had everything you would want from yogurt, friut, bread and rolls, cheese, eggs. etc. The airport shuttle was clean and on time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families and business travelers. We had a very pleasant stay.

"Good hotel but poor service"

The hotel is pretty nice, good and clean rooms. We only had issues with the service: my girlfriend checked in without me and was immediately asked to pay for the room. When I arrived and she already pay there was no way (according to them) to charge back my credit card and allow me to use the discount voucher I had. Moreover they would let me have the internet code without paying in advance (just 2€),

"Close to airport"

We stayed in this hotel on our last night in Italy. It is very close to Malpensa airport and they have a courtesy shuttle to take you there whenever you want. Even allowed us a later than usual check out because of our flight times. Can recommend this hotel if you are needing accommodation near the airport.

"Good Room!"

I stayed one night at Ibis Malpensa as I had to catch a flight in the next morning. The hotel is v new and the room and its shower are excellent. The airport shuttle is very convenient. It will be good if the hotel can send prior info on where to wait for the shuttle at the airport. A minor point is the service at the hotel restaurant. The food quality was acceptable and the staff polite and friendly. But the service was very slow as the staff seemed to be overwhelmed by customers' demands. This needs to be improved.

Management responseDear guest,Following your feedback regarding your stay at the Ibis Milano Malpensa, I really thank you for your observation as it gives me the opportunity to mention that the hotel offers a free shuttle service that runs to the Terminal 1 (Terminal 2 on request) every 30 minutes from 5 am to midnight and from the airport every 15 "and 45" of each hour. The pick-up point at Terminal 1: is at the arrival zone, exit 7 (for Terminal 2 is in front of the pharmacy). Regarding the restaurant service, I am sorry to know that did not satisfy your expectations, I assure you that it was a sporadic situation that does not match with our normal activity. "Good value of money"

It is a very good hotel, perfect to stay if arrive late or have to leave early in Malpensa airport. With shuttle service and very nice driver & staffs. 1 hr from downtown so may not a good choice if stay long in Milan. Wifi is good and in reasonable price. Overall a very good stay. Will come back again.

"Great location to airport"

It is always nice being able to be shuttled back and forth to the airport. The shuttle was very timely and comfortable. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, and the rooms was comfortable.Our only problem was that the air conditioning hadn't been turned on yet, and it was very warm. Thus, we had to sleep with an open window. In the morning, it seemed some kind soul had turned the air on, but by then we were ready to leave.All in all, it was a good choice for us.

Nice Hotel close to Malpensa, good value for price, clean, good bed. A closed car park is avalaible.Breakfast is OK. The restaurant is new and clean.

I've tried several Ibis Hotels and they have always managed to maintained a consistently good standard. Rooms (including bathroom) in this hotel is slightly larger than the one in Milan. Bed is firm and comfortable. What more should one ask?During my 5 nights stay in Ibis Malpensa, there is this staff, Francesca, who provides tip-top service, and is always cheerful and warm and it makes my stay all the more pleasant. Excellent work, Francesca!!!
