"Everything basic"

3 Friends staying 1 night at this hotel, everything basic, clean and tidy, separate shower and toilet, both without lock; no hair dryer... this is not so convenience...Surprise that although the accor website show paying wifi service, but it's free of charge actually! Hot drinking water available from a machine at the lobby, with no charge, that's great!

Room is clean. Convenient to travel to Amsterdam by taking free sfuttle bus to Schiphol Airport and then take the train. Worth for budget travellers.

Basic, ok for a short stay but not more than a day. The location of the hotel is perfect if you have an early flight on the next day.

We were very surprised that the hotel charged us per night euro 30 more than we had paid per night on several earlier occasions.

Checked into the ETAP and found it was a manned 24hrs one. We found out why as 4 or more coachloads of boisterous teenagers had arrived and kept people awake most of the night. Internet connection was terrible due to too many people trying to access all at once. Not a place to stay if you want peace and quiet!

The room was too small and noisy. We could hear voices from other rooms all night. It was not worth the money we paid as we should pay lot more for parking and transport to get to city.

cheaper. the door of bathroom is almost transparent and without lock !!! every 20 mins free shuttle bus connect between airport to hotel, very quiet if there's no one talking or running on the hallway. they don't receive 500 euro notes. the breakfasts are so so.

Nice hotel with clean small room. Location is near the airport with shuttle every half hour from airport. Shuttle is a bit long wait.Hotel is very far from the city center, but it's good if you only need a place to crash.

Good service, friendly employees.The rooms were clean and although the hotel is near the airport and trains were passing by there was no disturbing noise to hear.Amsterdam can be reached via shuttlebus to the airport and then by train to central station within 20 minutes.

Convenient location next to Schiphol airport, frequent free shuttle to airport very useful to use excellent bus/train options from airport. Good location for access to both Amsterdam & surrounding cities. Hotel very clean & well serviced - Ibis hotel next door provides excellent food options. Even with train costs to visit Amsterdam & other places, we found it was cheaper for us than staying in an Amsterdam hotel. Good food options including cheap supermarkets available at Schiphol airport, where we bought food for breakfast on our way home each night. Staff very friendly & helpful! We would stay here again if we were to visit Amsterdam/Netherlands again.

No heater, no hair dryer. They gave free hot water but very useless cups to contain water. One of the worst hotel ever, cant believe this happened in Amsterdam. It was not even cheap!

If in need of economy accomodation near Schiphol Airport, this is the place. Co-located with an Ibis Hotel and with a shared (free) shuttle service to and from the airport, this hotel is basic but unpretentious and good value for money. The breakfast buffet is basic but will see you thru until lunch time.

Like to stay in an etap hotel as an in-between accommodation, compact, cosy. Check-in is very efficient, personnel is friendly. Breakfast is efficient, more than enough and healthy, fresh fruit, milk etc...

Easy to reach (shuttle bus) hotel for one night stay before flight from Amsterdam Airport.Clean simple room with all you need available. Good strong Wifi, Shower, TV and OK Bed. .

i was transiting from belgium and needed a decent clean and inexpensive place to crash and this place complies with all of the above!a lot cheaper than any place in the city and very easy commute to Amsterdam Central Station.not a five star in any way but good quality for the $$$

the staff is not very nice, but they give all the informations needed..it is very easy to arrive from the airport and there is shuttles very often go to it..the rooms are very small, but very clean... but for the price, it was very worthy!i stayed there one night to get my flight early in the next morning..i recommend only if to get access to the airport.. it takes a long time to get in the city...
