When we arrived at the hotel the room seemed decent enough but lacked any storage as there weren’t any bedside units or enough storage space for clothes. The worst part of the stay was the ridiculous pillows. They only provided a singular pillow on either side of the bed and they can only be described as awful. They were extremely thin as well as being very hard. As we arrived late the first night we stuffed clothes under the pillows to make it bearable to sleep on. The next day when we arrived back at the hotel in the evening we asked at reception if we could have an extra pillow each to which the employee was very unhelpful and said house keeping weren’t around so he couldn’t provide any pillows. Apparently there wasn’t a spare room In the hotel where we could get pillows from and he said he didn’t have any access to any pillows. His only offer was to give us some towels to fold and put under the pillows which I thought was appalling considering we were paying customers. Therefore we had to have another awful nights sleep on the rubbish pillows with our clothes stuffed under them to no surprise waking with neck aches. This ruined our stay.

Room shower water was coming out to entire bathrooms Shower hot water controller does not work, it burn body while taking shower No heating or cooling properly , room was hot in the night , unable to sleep No locker Inside room painting is not pleasant

The room was very comfortable with a lot of space and a very nice bathroom, Safe parking and good that the elevator enters directly the hotel. Breakfast was also very well.
