It was a short family stay and overall everything went well. The location is excellent, close to transport. Check-in/out was quick and efficient and the staff were always very helpful. I would highlight two negative points: the smell of drains coming from the toilet and the smell of cannabis throughout the floor, despite all the rooms being non-smoking.

The heater was not working at all

The location was great and the room was clean. But the heater ruined everything. It was a cold day in Bordeaux and the heater wasn't working so me and both of my parents were freezing to death during the night until we have to use outer jacket to sleep. Until at 3 oclock we decided to ask for an extra heater but that didn't last long because the receptionist said that the heater shouldn't be on for more than 30 minutes so we ended not be able to sleep throughout the night. Very very disappointing.
