Staff was friendly and well-trained (Charles from the reception who knows what customers need, the manager of the cafe was energetic, running around helping customers with breakfast, the lady who helped us with the luggage storage). Hotel is modern and clean, just a bit water leaking at the bottom where glass screen meet the shower tray when we were having shower, have to put towel inside and outside to prevent and soak up water.

We stayed for three nights. The hotel was clean and comfortable and well located for the metro. It made a good base for exploring the city.

We had excellent time in your hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. The only negative experience was at check-in, when we were asked to pay over 1200 euro for deposit. We didn't have this money, and we were there for 3 nights only which costed less than this amount.
