Very good changes from etap hotel to ibis budget, customer-oriented attitude, good breakfast for good money, quality rises up! Anhalter bahnhof is just around the corner and you can easy reach all famoust places in Berlin.

The location was not on the main lines but walkable from the Platz. It was a good walking distance from many interesting places and convenient. The many self-services but that is OK. The early morning arrivals meant that paying for two nights was still affordable

Centrally located hotel. Quiet room, although windows facing the street. It takes only 10 min. on a bus M41 to get there from Hauptbahnhof Berlin. We had some problems with the internet - it kept disconnecting.

If your intention is only have a warm, clean and safe place to be in Berlin for a couple of days this is the best place in town. Superb location, walk distance to some "must see" touristic sites. Well served by public transport, no need of taxis.

Everything was perfect, except the Internet connection.It was sometimes difficult to login.Othwise a very friendly staff and a great location to get arrondissement Berlin.Also has an excellent Italian restaurant about 1/2 mile away (around the corner to the left - then a 5 min walk)

Overall view is more than average. The free wifi service is only work in the lobby! It cannot not access the wifi in the room at tall. Very disappointed! I went for the salsa congress, so the location is excellent. It takes less than 2 minutes walk to the S-Baln station, easy to go the sightseeing places. There are some really good restaurants. The room is very clean. One of the bald old staff is rude & unhelpful. The other staffs are nice.

This one is very accessible as it is 25 m near the S Bahn Stop - Anhalter Platz.You may have to change the train at Friedrichstrasse from Berlin Hbf.We stayed in a double room and it was good enough after a long walking tour and we had a good sleep.Breakfast was also very good the next day morning.Has good wi-fi in the rooms,hot water,towels.Overall a nice,comfortable stay if you are a budget traveller and are content with the above facilities.Else there is an ETAP and Novotel next doors on the same street if you can afford higher rates.

Very good location and real benefit is private parking area in garage, not so many hotels provide such options in city center. It was clean in room and nice design, staff was nice and helpful. What was not so good it’s bed, it was really uncomfortable, mattresses are put on thin wooden plank and were moving together with each movement in bed. We also faced some problems with internet access, it's not so good in all places, the best was more close to door (not a good location, I would prefer read in the bed instead of sitting on floor :)

The location of this hotel is very close to the public transports (U-Bahn, Bus, S-Bahn). Room was very clean, nicely and efficiently decorated. I certainly will go back to this hotel for the next visit to berlin.

The hotel is good value for money given its classification (one star hotel). The room was clean and quiet, with air-conditioning (which I did not use, as it was not needed) and free wlan access, which revealed itself quite useful to obtain online information regarding the sites I wanted to visit during the weekend. The only criticism that can be made was the (optional) buffet breakfast served, which for 7,5 Euro could perhaps be more complete and include croissants and cafe au lait as well (there are better alternatives in the near-by cafes). Also, the bread served was at one time not completely baked, but the hotel personnel quickly noticed that and replaced it. Finally, the receptionists and the other personnel were both affable and helpful.

Naturally the best part was the perfect location, but I was also very pleased with the good, low prices, the friendly service, the cleanliess and furniture of room and bath and especially I loved the bed with the wonderful pillow. Have suffered from sleeplessness for 3½ years but at this hotel my problems were a lot smaller than I am used to.

Cheap and clean. Don't wait a marvellous hotel, but it is close to the centre and it's well communicated.
