Positives - helpful when I rang to check if we were on the ground floor, booking was immediately changed to the ground floor - helpful staff member staff member also booked a taxi to pick us up 6 am following morning - thankyou staff member was efficient on check-in, and helpful with information Negatives double bed was pushed to the side of the room, so one person was squashed up to the wall - would expect for the price paid to have equal access to the bed either side no taxi company interested in going the short distance to the property from the airport - which usually not an issue, and probably a welcome walk after confinement of plane. However, some people have mobility issues, and as well as normal luggage, have packed mobility aids that they need to get from A to B. So after booking the hotel, which we chose as it was conveniently located to the airport, finding out this information was a negative.

The man at the front desk was very helpful but the bed was so uncomfortable. The traffic noise was terrible, it sounded like the window was wide open. We stayed in Victora for 2 weeks in different places and Ibis was the most uncomfortable.

Hotel room was completely adequate for our stay close to Tullamarine Airport. Friendly welcoming staff. Had a good night’s sleep in a comfy bed and enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning.
