A/C was not working. Heating works but cooling not.

Overpriced hostel

The beds were not comfortable at all, nor were the pillows. The bathrooms had no fans, and felt like they were from an RV/campervan. The room temperature was not controllable. The TV would not connect to devices. Not what I expect of an Accor hotel property.

Everything was good until I was charged for left luggage!?!!—it’s the principle as opposed to the actual cost per item!! You generally expect a hotel to have a luggage storage facility!! The cost of visiting London has rocketed in recent years so this is another way of extracting money!?—I will be looking at other accommodation options next visit!
