good value hotel, but beware that at weekends they do not serve food in evening . So we had to eat at KFC accross the street

Clean, Rooms New, Puplic Transport 10 Minutes walk an after 10 Minutes Train ride you are in the middle of the city.

The Ibis Koeln Airport is one stop away from the airport on the S13 line. A short walk (~400m) brings you to the hotel. The surroundings are not really nice although the hotel is well maintained and has a bar and restaurant. It is quite inexpensive and only 3 stops from the Hauptbanhof in Koeln. You should plan to take the S13 into the city as there is nothing to do around the hotel. But the low cost, decent rooms and convenient access to the airport make it a winner.

I stayed at the Ibis koeln last week while i was attending a fair,1. Crisp & Neat Hotel.2. Frankfurter stn station 500mtrs away.3. Limited food menu, but good German fare.KFC just around the block for those who cannot stomach the pork & lamb.4.Koeln being a fair destination, rates are fairly steep to the size of the room & the facilities of the Hotel.

Stayed during a trade fair at the Messe. Regret that IBIS have now joined the other hotels in Cologne in doubling their normal room rates at fair time. Cologne' hotels will kill their trade fair business with this policy.

My wife and I really enjoy staying in your hotel. We spent more time outside hotel, but every night we had good, clean and quiet room for rest. We like location, trains was perfect.
