The pros, great little hotel. Good breakfast, the rooms are big enough, quiet and comfy. The staff is very nice, especialy Lara from the front desk and the house keeping manager is very pro. Cons, the aircon does not function. No matter what the temp selector is on, it blows warm air. I had to sleep with my window open, which was in the end very nice actualy. Now a big con and it regards one of the staff member. Sadly, Michael from the front desk is obviously in the wrong job. The hospitaloty industry is simply not for him. He is cold, arrogant and border line rude. Also makes up stories such as they don't have a microwave, and it is broken....i later hurd him say in german his colleague to tell me the microwave wasn't working...very cheeky. I asked his work mate about him, and they confirm this wasn't the first time they hurd people complaining about his poor attitude. I am in the service industry myself, and to be frank I would not hesitate one minute to offload from my team such negative personage. This man hurt the Acor image. Period. Without this guy I would have given a 5, but now it is a 4. Lara is top notch !! Perfect to go to lanxness arena. Good breakfast Good selection

Hotel was clean, apart from smell from the drains in bathroom. Hotel was too warm, not just my room which seemed to have a malfunctioning thermostat, but whole hotel was very warm. Could not make room any cooler. When opening windows there was too much noise, so could not cool down that way. Save your money & turn the heating down, also better to limit spread of illness if made less warm. Staff were polite.

Room was clean, staff was welcoming and professional but there was no water in the room, when you charge a room more than 100eur, you need to be considerate enough to leave a drinkable water inside the room
