"Refreshing experience"

Vey nice surprise - hotel that by far escapes from the usual Accor "routine". Joyful interior design, "everything included" philosophy, spacious rooms and bathrooms, very friendly and smiling service, good quality breakfast. What else do you need?Maybe better wi-fi IT connection as it is being interrupted quite often.Finally, the price which, as always, could be lower but still all the above is gives good value for the money.

It was a surprise to meet the All Seasons-hotels. There was a lot of room, very king-size bed, nice furnishing, rather trendy for younger people, very friendly for children, free Internet & coffee in the hall - ans this hotel had a very friendly girl at the reception! Free parking was possble in the street; the hotel is very quiet, bun not in the City Centre.

I lived at All Seasons Hamburg for one night (business related). The personnel was very service-minded and this - along with the well equipped room, all included package and the nice breakfast buffet - made my stay very nice. I will surely visit the hotel during my next visit in Hamburg!

all the basics worked very well . front desk 'john' very helpful . location good for our purpose. could have used another pillow and more hanging space in room -only one peg !!
