"good place, but be aware of internet limitations"

I found the room clean and very usefully and practically furnished; If convenient reachabilityfrom the autoroute is desired, the location is excellent; parking is secured by code-operated gate. Two surprises: the room heated up remarkably during the day despite the spring season. In hot summer days I would be careful to ask for a north window as the AC seems not powerful enough to counteract this. The `free internet' comes with strings attached: no phone applications (Skype?) and no peer-to-peer filesharing (ssh / sftp?). I didn't test this policy and could go without those, but would have desired to know such limitationsupfront, as, on other occasions, this could have thrown me major monkey wrenches.
"One night"
5th April 2011, Grenoble
Stayed at this hotel for one night, while heading south to Nice. Very close to A7 autoroute (Orange Sud exit), and therefore ideal for arriving late and leaving early the following morning if looking for somewhere to simply break a long autoroute journey. Typical Ibis hotel, with efficient service. The hotel is on the edge of Orange (8 km from the city centre), with not much else near the hotel.
