"Good location, large room, sub-standard customer care"
2nd September 2013, abdjibawi, London, United Kingdom
Very good location for Paris trip. Value for money as booked very early. Queen's room and good design. Large with separable two rooms. Customer care (desk) was useless and uncooperative in fact. Refused to repair the fridge; refused to deliver sugar to the room, etc. Parking outside hotel is free from 9:00-19:00. But we overall really enjoyed this trip!!
"Stay in paris"
27th August 2013, Rahul757, London, United Kingdom
We stayed at the hotel in August, hotel was nice and clean the staff were friendly, the room was nice and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children under 12, the area is ok and there is a supermarket outside the metro station where you can buy few things for your stay. The location of the hotel was about 15/20 minutes from the Garde du Norde station, you can either take the metro which is around 6 stops or take a bus 65 from outside the station on the left.
"Awfull place in the middle of worst area from Paris with stubborn Manager"
31st July 2013, Ronald116893, Rotterdam, The Netherlands
The hotel carries 3 stars, but does not deserve this. Air-conditioning not working (in the whole hotel) Shower head broken. Reception does not care and does not offer solutions. Area from the hotel is one the worst of Paris, with a very high crime rate.
"Questionable location, good rooms"
23rd July 2013, mzynfo, Celje, Slovenia
Location of the 4* hotel should not be in almost fearful milieu. The only positive side of location is relative proximity to Metro and Bus stations (5 min walk). Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is not worth of money (16€/person). You have microwave and big table in the room. It would be better to make breakfast by yourself.
"Great Hotel, but poor Area"
19th July 2013, Office1160, Vienna, Austria
Hotel is very far away from the center, many homeless people and much dirt around the hotel!! Smell of Urin is normal on those streets! The hotel itself is nice with a beautiful room, although cleaning wasn't always accurate.
"Good hotel but rough area"
11th July 2013, latteguy, Glasgow, United Kingdom
The hotel itself is excellent, modern facilities, nice room and good view from the 10th floor room we stayed. However getting to the hotel is challenging on foot because we have to walked through a rough area from the metro. Not recommended for the faint of heart or for ladies travelling in small numbers (heck, even guys)
"Good hotel for visiting Paris"
4th January 2013, erikhHelmond, Helmond
We stayed in this hotel for a visit with our kids (5 and 8 years of age) for a 2 day visit to Paris. This hotel is a good place to stay; the room is quite large, with modern furniture and nice and clean. The Metro is close (5 to 10 minutes walk) and you can easily reach the hotel by car and park your car in the garage below the hotel.
"Very good business hotel"
12th December 2012, Waheed A, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
The size of he suite compare to other hotels in Paris is very spacious, the suite has almost everything needed for a business traveller with little kitchenette, and very good working area with wired and wireless internet free of charge, they also lend a Smart for 2 cars for guests staying more than 4 days, which I used twice free of charge for 4 hours a day, it was a really nice experience. this hotel is my kind of hotel.
