"Close to station - Koshien Train station - 16min away from Osaka Station"

It's quite a pleasant stay, room is pretty decent and service is good as well. The only problem is only for people who likes to do gym, it's not complimentary for guest but instead one has to pay around SG $80 + or 5000 + yen just for a single visit. Maybe the management should really do something about this.

No WIFI available. Rooms are cleaned but the location is bad as you have to change many trains to locate the hotel. Staff do not understand english.

Stayed there for 2 free nights and extended 1 more night (2 rooms). The charges for the extension was CONTROLLED by the hotel and cost me 18000 Yen per room. I had 2 rooms. With 5 pax, going to Osaka City cost me 260 Yen X 5 (almost S$40 two ways). There is nothing to do at Koshien. Also the Osaka trains are more costly than Tokyo. There is also no direct buses from hotel to airport. We had to take a train to switch to a bus.

We chose this hotel in Osaka because we are Accor member. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean and well maintained. The lunch is good and value for money since we got 50% for 2 persons. It will be much better if this hotel is located in Shin-Osaka, as we need to take the sub-way to this hotel at Shin-Osaka and lugging the luggages make travelling to this hotel very tiring. However it is very near the sub-way which is a plus point. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
