"Staff Issues"

We chose this hotel on the basis of proximity to a major highway and relative distance from the city - as shown on many Intermet maps we checked! On arrival, there was one girl on check-in who seemed to be on a go-slow, we waited for 15 minutes while the previous guest was admitted. This girl didn't know how to smile and was most curt when dealing with us, we felt that we were interrupting her day! The rooms were good, given the price level, but remember not to expect a fridge nor coffee/tea making facilities. Double glazed windows helped to keep the noise down and while our aircon did not work well, our friends reported no problems with theirs. Re Internet access, if you don't have some sort of Accor loyalty card, you'll pay by the hour. So we were directed to the public access terminal near reception, and despite trying for 20 minutes, could not get access to the internet. We went to the reception desk again for help, and this time, a different staff member told us that the public machine was broken. It remained "broken" for the 3 days we were there. We weren't impressed. Breakfast was good and we received a smile from the only female staff member who didn't speak english! And when we went out, while was about 15 mins to the train-station to get to the city, we decided to take a cab, approx 30E. At that price it would have been cheaper to book a hotel closer to the city. In conclusion: unless the staff have an attitude change,only stay here if you have business in Molins de Rei.

There is a large free parking space in front of the hotel. However, it's a little far away from the downtown. It takes about 30 minutes to arrive the downtown. The rooms are clean. The wifi is not free.
