Hotel is pretty close from airport. Hotel Arrange Shuttle service and save some money. Breakfast also not bad.....Everything perfect for me and will stay again...Hotel behind you will find HiBER SUPER MARKET and very convenience for everyone who stay at IBIS MADRID Aeropuerto Barajas...

This is my go to hotel whenever I am in Madrid for a short visit. It is convienent, clean, friendly, and economical. I really enjoy stay there everytime. I appreciate that theyhave a free shuttel to the airport and a restaurant in the hotel.

Good, efficient and clean. A very short stay, so difficult to evaluate in depth. Good sounds insulation and hardwood floors, which I personaly like best over carpeting. Staff was professional and helpful.

After one of my flights was cancelled I has a 14 hour daytime wait in Madrid and decided to book into the IBIS airport hotel to have a shower. What a wonderfully relaxing 14 hours: a great shower, a wonderfully comfortable bed, friendly staff, WLAN in my room and a nice desk , plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to get a quick snack and a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

The hotel and the rooms are in good shape. Location and shuttle bus is very useful, especially if staying between trips. However, the service in general, food offered and breakfast should be improved. There is one very good front desk employee, but the rest did not help too much.

You get picked up at Terminal 1 by the free IBIS bus and 5 minutes later you are at the hotelPerfect for a good meal and a quick sleep close to Barajas...need I say any more !I spent 39 Euro for a full blown 3 course meal with excellent wine and coffeeThe room was spotless, I had a sleep filled night with a prompt wake-up call at 07.00 the next day.Directions to the Metro were faultless and it is about 600 metres.

Hotel staff were great. They let me and my friend who were on a cycling tour store our bike cases for a week until we returned to the hotel. A fantastic service. Room are double windowed so there is zero noise from street or airport.

The room price (with a reduction for early booking) was only 49€ - if only airport hotels in other cities were so inexpensive. Another difference, the hotel is situated in a suburb not off some motorway. This means that there are shops, bars and small restaurants nearby - we had a nice meal in one of them.

The staff was excellent--one in particular the security whose name is Jorge Torres was an excellent and friendly staff member--many others too-- but I did not get their names. Very good stay and I will be there again soon.

I liked this hotel and found everything to be good and very good value at the price!I was a little puzzled why I paid in advance for a 3-persons room (via the internet) and for breakfast for my wife and I, but was told that I had to pay cash for my daughter (11-y.o.). I thought it was free-of-charge and anyway, why could I not have paid for her on the net, at the time of reservation. A small problem, but one I think you could cure very quickly.

This Hotel is in an ideal location for both the airport and the Feria Centre.The Airport shuttle is also very convenient. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are very helpful.Buffet breakfast is very typical Spanish style breakfast. If you are from overseas you would probably expect a little more but this is European standard I think.The rooms are nicely furnished and clean

good hotel for a short stay. About 10 minutes walk from the metro, and from there 30 minutes to the city center. breakfast good, and also a nice dinner. Rooms are standard Ibis, but good for a citytrip.

Hotel is very convenient for Madrid airport but surprisingly quiet and not in an industrial zone as many of the other airports. Modern and clean like most of the Ibis chain and the free shuttle bus every half an hour to the airport (5 minutes away) meant no hassles for an early morning flight.

Excellent value for money. We booked the stay & park option as we were flying from Madrid airport. The car was left in a secure underground car park & there was a free shuttle to & from the airport. The staff were all friendly & helpful & the dinner & breakfast were good.

Suitable for traveler for stay over night. Couple minutes from airport and hotels tranfer works well.
