"Ideal location"

This Hotel is in an ideal location for both the airport and the Feria Centre.The Airport shuttle is also very convenient. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are very helpful.Buffet breakfast is very typical Spanish style breakfast. If you are from overseas you would probably expect a little more but this is European standard I think.The rooms are nicely furnished and clean

good hotel for a short stay. About 10 minutes walk from the metro, and from there 30 minutes to the city center. breakfast good, and also a nice dinner. Rooms are standard Ibis, but good for a citytrip.

Hotel is very convenient for Madrid airport but surprisingly quiet and not in an industrial zone as many of the other airports. Modern and clean like most of the Ibis chain and the free shuttle bus every half an hour to the airport (5 minutes away) meant no hassles for an early morning flight.

Excellent value for money. We booked the stay & park option as we were flying from Madrid airport. The car was left in a secure underground car park & there was a free shuttle to & from the airport. The staff were all friendly & helpful & the dinner & breakfast were good.

We took advantage of the Hotels Park and Fly service. It was excellent value for money. The Hotel provides a free bus transfer to the Airport and your vehicle is kept under cover. The Hotel is clean and pleasant and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely use this Hotel again as it is a good location for not only the airport but also for the Feria centre.

I was on a business trip in Spain deviding my client meetings between Madrid and Barcelona, so the most important thing for me was to be close to the hotel as every day I shuttled to Barcelona in the afternoon. Good and clean rooms an efficient and punctual, free airport shuttle service and friendly staff made the hectic week easy. One important thing to mention was that since my booking was made in the last day, I was informed that they can only put me up in a smoking room for my first night, but will immediatley change the next morning as a non-smoking room becomes avaleable. I accepted it and received free bottled water and soft drinks as a compliment by tha staff, and was offerd to change the room the very next day. The smoking room had no smoke or bad sent at all, as they cared enough to give me the least used room. I was impressed how they handled this inconvinience and the room had no "smokers sent" so I told them the next thay to not bother changing my room.

unfortunately, you don't have rooms to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children, that becomes a little more expensive as you have to book 2 rooms, other than that.....Excellent..........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

We would stay there again as it was OK would be better if there were normal soap & ameneties in the bathroom & the staff were more efficient & informative. The food is average but there are great eating places around the area if only the staff was able to inform their customers of what is around & provide a map of the local area. Now that we are aware that there is other services around we would stay in that area again maybe not the same hotel.

The distance to Terminal4 is short enough, Taxis on the aiport are not very friendly in contrary to taxis that are ordered by the hotel for return trip. The hotel itself is ok, the age can be seen in bathrooms, but otherwise the condiition is good.

staff were very helpful and the location is ok, especially considering the price. However, the quality of the building is very low, meaning you can hear everything through walls and from the corridor and the air conditioning was not brilliant.
