We normally stay at Ibis when in Germany and this Ibis was clean and the staff were helpful as usual apart from the guy who was on duty the first night , when asked if the bar was open he just curtly said there's the fridge. No problem we went next door to the Novatel .

The hotel needs some renovation- The carpets in the floors need to be changed. It stinks a bit. No plugs beside the bed. The breakfast is ok but there is not a good choice.

Stayed for 2 nights for the Berlin Half Marathon. The room was comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very useful being able to request a late check out so I could shower after the race before travelling back to the UK.
