"Not like other Etap"

Oh dear, this was not like other Etaps we have stayed at - the rooms were stuffy when we arrived, but even at 12.30 in thye middle of the night on Good Friday it was too noisy to have the windows open. The noise was very noticeable even when thye windows were shut.The mattresses in Etap are normally what you would expect in a budget hotel, but these ones seemed worse than usual! The bed creaked and then in the morning you had to hold the shower in your hand to shower as the mounting would not hold the head up.Oh - didn't mention that there was no room to park and we had to l;eave our car outside the hotel video car park parked on a grassy area with 10 or so others! Have crossed this one off our list.

Excellent for location, just off the motorway but very noisy and suffers from late night revellers, their 'remains' having been sanded and perfumed over in corridors.Excellent for visiting Olympic Lyonaise's ground!

We have stay at many etap before but this one was not so good, not a good area of lyon to be in where there many women oftering sex for money just right outside the hotel. the rooms could been better.

ALL FINE - well known ETAP Hotels standards. This Hotel is located some 500 meters from STAD GERLAND Metro Station which is fairly OK except that directions should be improved on the site otherwise one risks going around walking several kms carrying the bags searching at random for the correct direction, as it happened with us. CLUE: ask for MacDonalds - the hotel is next to it.
