The staff was kind and helpful, internet connexion was good enough, the room was small although comfortable. This and other facilities made it a worthwhile!It's very well located, near the subway station.

the great idea of Ibis network is the cost / benefit, good services and good location. it’s believed that Ibis Avenida Paulista lost almost everything. it was expensive and bad. better to stay in an ordinary hotel 2’s very close to the old F1 from the Accor network but without good prices.

Great location for visiting the "best restaurant area" of Sao Paolo. D.O.M. is just a few blocks way. Quiet rooms, safe hotel, excellent espresso at the bar and taxi's are always available. Good level of service in general. Did not take breakfast.

Really crowded hotel and terrible service: there's nor enough staff on the reception, so you can wait very long to check-in or check-out. Furniture in the room was damaged. On top of everything, the icing on the cake was to wait for more than 15 minutes to have someone answer the phone on the reception when I wanted to ask for an extra towel. Just to learn that there was no staff that could take the towel to my room! I had to go to the reception to get it myself. Unacceptable for a hotel which charges 200 reais (GBP 80,000 for a night, whithout breakfast!
