Before I arrived they called to remind me and confirm my arrival time. Easy checkin fast and efficient. Bed was comfortable. I was able to park my vehicle behind and see it from my windows.

You need chairs not stools to sit at. Bathroom doors dodgy. Power points dangerous. Staff was the only good thing about staying there. Beds were not made up on arrival - bunk beds. Air conditioning from dark ages and extremely noisy. Either froze or too hot in room. Fans would be useful.

I booked my son and partner in for one night while travelling through. They face timed me to show me the state of the room upon arrival, food stuck on the benches and walls filthy dirty. Then the banging from the nearby rooms. I told them to move motels but no refund as it was a non refundable room. I realise you get what you pay for but you do expect it to be clean at least.
