Comfortable clean rooms.The bed was made daily along with new towels which I wasn't expecting. Very good value for the price. Coffee and tea facilities were very handy! Would definitely stay here again.
An overnight stay experience was "not too bad", except for these facts that: A) the bathroom fan ran whole night with annoying noise B) Room TV can only be watched if you are sleeping C) not enough blankets when night became too cold

The room was really clean and was as expected. We were worried about the street noise with being on a major road but was fine. The staff were pleasant. BUT I would never stay there again due to the internal noise. Why do staff put outgoing calls in the middle of the night on speaker? Not the actual call itself but the ringing out of calls so you can hear the line trying to connect. The Staff speak loudly at night as well. We were in room 103 which is quite close to reception. There was simply no consideration for people trying to sleep. Some man was abusing staff at 2am in the morning and we did hear everything that was said and though it was unpleasant we understand that these things happen. But then more noise from phoning and talking which went on for some time. If you can get the reception area to quieten down at night the stay on the bottom floor would be much more pleasant.

The room which was given to me was the worst possible I encountered in last 8 years of my international travel. Serious matter was that fire alarm at the ceiling of the room was stuck my a BOPP tape and I do not know if the same was working or not. No remote control of T.V. and Air conditioner was present in the room, Self over the washbasin was broken and not available at all. rod for hanging towels was missing as was soap holder. Basically each and every attachment was missing. I was shocked that how such kind of room was allocated to a guest who had booked the room 2 weeks in advance. Also while checking in we were informed that since Hotel is fully booked we need to do with what ever room is available. However how could the Hotel book such kind of room which was best kept locked till the things were rectified.

Previous experience with this budget brand did not mean filthy and run down. I would rather sleep in my car than step foot in this property again. The carpets were so bad I didn't want to walk on them without shoes on. The walls were filthy the toilet door broken with toilet paper jammed in the lock to stop it locking you in.
I have stayed at Ibis / Accor hotels in several continents, which have generally be fine, but this could be the last. Dirty, stained walls and carpets, perimeter of floor absolutely filthy, bed like an army cot, bare undecorated walls, and so on. The overall effect was like being in a jail cell. If it was possible rate this as ZERO stars, that would still be generous. More like NEGATIVE FIVE. I would not stay there again even if they paid ME. Avoid if you possibly can. RIck E.
Overall experience pretty good.Reception should be open 24hrs. Rooms are not renovated though or at least should be freshly painted. We did not have Kettle in the room on first night. It was provided on the second day

I would like to give you even more good news and that is, ibis budget Casula will commence renovations from July 2015.
