"Soundproof could be improved"

The soundproof is not so good. During night, it is a little noisy from the corridor and other rooms.

This hotel is really conveniently located close to the U-Bahn (subway) station Lassalestrasse, line 1, which connects several main points of Vienna. The room is spacious, and can accommodate three adults (a couple with a third person) without any trouble. The microwaves, water heater and fridge are also very useful, and coffee plus sugar and tea bags are available. Besides, multimedia was included in the room price/fees. Therefore, films, tv channels and internet are for free. Toilette and shower are placed in two separated rooms.Concluding, an underground garage was available at reasonable daily fee, with lift making the connection to the several floors.

We stayed for the first time in one of the Novotelhotels and it was really good: cleanliness, servis and location, we eben had a good weather fro those 3 days in Vienna. We sure recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Suite Novotel Vienna two years ago and again, 2 nights during Easter, we also enjoyed the stay. Very good location - metro stop U1 Vorgartenstrasse is a few steps from the front door and will directly to the centre with all major attractions. Very good breakfast (paid), free Internet / WiFi. Very good and friendly service as is for Novotel usual.

The stay was comfortable. We enjoyed the service at the restaurant and of the reception. The conditions of the cleaning of the room was not satisfactory as we, every day, had to wait until after 3 PM to find out that the room was still not done or meagerly done.

The Novotel is slightly further out of town, but the U-Bahn is right outside. The rooms were very spacious and clean and there was a free croissant & hot chocolate available before setting out in the morning. Not much in the way of English speak TV, but hey, we weren't there to watch telly!

Excelent hotel, probably the best I've been to. I really recomend it to everyone. Rooms are very clean and spacious, with complementary water and sweets and daily replenished tea and coffee. Also great entertainment system in the room.Very close to Wien Nord Bahnhof - Praterstern. About 5 minutes from city center by metro

Nice hotel for family with kind personal and wide facilities.The hotel is located in a quiet place of Vienna near famous amusement park Prater and Messe Centre. It is important that the underground station is located near the hotel
"Overall good stay"

Good stay for 3 nights. Only one problem: the toilet was not fresh - was like a train toilet. We asked the reception to have it cleaned, They kept cleaning each day - was getting better by the day. They even offered to change the room. Location is great - EuroSpar huge grocery store next door. Underground is only some steps away and connects to entire Vienna seamlessly. New Indian food joint Thali accross Eurospar provides great taste and value for money. Overall very good stay! Kids loved it....

A new hotel, really near the metro station (the centrail line, U1 is around the corner and you're 3-4 stops from the city center), with big rooms (we stayed in a suite superior) and with a good service. The price was very interesting and the breakfast was quite good.
"An unexpected spacious room"

- Find hotel : It was quite hard. The hotel is a new building and TomTom doesn't have the street name itself. It needs a big signboard at least a few kilometers in advance.- Check in : It was OK, but still needs to be improved. There are 1 manager and a training staff. The manager was too busy, and the staff was unstrained yet. Check-in took more than 30 minutes without any issue. A gift for kid was given.- Cleanness : very good. Because it's a new buiilding.- Room : All rooms have a seperator so that we can split the bed rom from the living room. it's quite spacious and comfortable. The quality of extra bed is really good, and it's even better than main king size bed. One of the best thing is that the bathroom. It's really comfortable. It has both of bathtub and shower booth, and the floor is link to the shower booth so that the dropped water can flow to the shower booth naturally, and it can be always kept dry.Generally, it's totally different concept from normal Novotel character. It's spacious and comfortable. And it's also kid-friendly, clean, and kind same as other Novotel. I can say it's worthwhile.

Suite Novotel Wien Messe Double bed and two single beds are good enough for my family.Laundry room, free multi-media system(TV, internet, games, movies) and bread service are useful. Specially my kids loved to stay here.

Stayed for a weekend at Novotel suites vienna the hotel was near the danube and prata park it was also handily placed for the metro station . the hotel itself was exetremely clean and tidy the breakfasts were very good but no other meals were served there so not the ghreatesrt if you wanted to eat at night , the rooms were excelient very large seperate wc from bathroom dividing curtain microwave fridge and free movies all very good when traveling with children .

This hotel was the best deal for a triple room. Very spacious. Very good bath and toilet. Excellent location, U/G station Vorgartenstrasse is just 50 mts. An Indian restaurant and a supermarket are very close by. Best value for money.
