Excellent service. Convenient and central location. Rooms are tidy and quite clean. Rooms are relatively large. Fitness room is basic and answers most traveller's requirements. Breakfast is basic and provides for most business travellers' requirements.

"great value"

Nice large rooms and very well fitted, very close to a metro station and a short metro ride away from the city center, within walking distance from Prater, helpful staff, underground parking though a bit expensive, easy to reach from the highway, all in all a worthy location.

"trip Vienne"

Everything was fine. The only issue was the wrong address and GPS positioning on the mail of confirmation. Staff was helpful, food during breakfast was always available even if you arrive late in the morning. Tube to go downtown is very close but not good restaurant around.

"Price to performance"

Excellent value: Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. WLAN works well. Decent breakfast. Location is comfortable, since U1 (Public Train) is a few steps away. Small gym, but with everything necessary for a workout during a business trip. Good and friendly service

"Great location and value"

A great location (with regard to my attendance of a workshop at A1 - at a very short walking distance, just around the block) and excellent value (with a three-night stay package). Will be my first choice, when traveling in business to that part of Vienna!

"Very comfortable stay"

We stayed in Sept for 3 nights for 2 adults and 2 child. We got a good deal since we stayed for at least 3 nights. The room had a double, a single and a pull out bed. Room was spacious & you could use a sliding screen to divide up the room into a mini living area & the sleeping area. There is a fridge & a small pantry with a sink which was a nice touch. Included in our package were free movies and Wifi; the best wifi reception I got throughout my Europe trip was to be found here! Oh, they even had coin operated washing machine within the hotel.Breakfast was 12 euros and one kid eats free if the adult pays. It's a decent spread with the usual suspects; breads, pastries, omelets, fruits, cereal & yoghurt. If you are rushing to head out which we were one morning; they provided free coffee to go and cake! The train station was a mere 5 mins walk away and it will get you into the center of town within 10-15 mins. Only major downside were the pillows which was too soft for our liking; the water also drains very slowly in the showers which causes the water to puddle up at your feet and threaten to overflow. As for location, the surrounding area consists of offices & residential blocks so there is nothing much around.Overall, we are extremely happy with Novotel Wien Messe!

"Wide room with Good bathroom"

Bus station in front the hotel. Perfect location. No room service. Breakfast is not like other Novotels. Reception employees were not helpful for touristic tips. Refiragerator was empty. The tea and coffee was replaced. Air condition was not that perfect.

"Nice friendly hotel"

Hotel is placed in quite neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Rooms are clean, adequate for 4 persons. Internet is free (WiFi, cable and via TV) and fast. A lot of parking space around. One underground stop from Prater. One block from Danube.

"Excellent choice for a city trkip"

The hotel is next to a metro station and very close to town center, few minutes away (walking) from Prater, the rooms are large and clean, staff was helpful. This is an excellent choice for a city trip.

"Vienna Stay"

Rooms in Novotel Wien Messe were very clean and spacious. We didn't not have breakfast although there was a great choice available.Hotel is about a 10 min drive from the centre and there is some development taking place in the locality at present although this was not a problem. Would stay again.

Appart from the fact that the toilet reminded to much about the toilet on a airplane, the room was very nice.The breakfast was varied, but the bread had a poor quality, and the breakfastroom/lobby was crowded with a bad overview.The carpark, 12 euro per day was very pricy.

"Citytrip with family"

Excellent hotel for families that want their kids in the same bedroom. Big rooms, good breakfast buffet and good location (100m from U1 metro station so in 10 min at Stehan's dom, 10 min walking from Prater park). Price/quality is very ok if you book a while in advance. Parking 12 eur/day, so safe and cheap solution.

Hotel very close to metro station where you can easily access centre of the city or Prater. Big rooms with microwave and small sink convinient for the families with small kids. Garage is affordable (12 E/day).
