if you visit to Palembang,Novotel hotel is one of hotel you may considered.The location is easily to reached from ywhere(airport,market,etc) and very quite.

Hotel lobby and environment was great, but rooms are kind of outdated and bit old. Mosquitoes can be found in hotel rooms and could be hard to sleep. Hotel staffs service was also good but could be improved. I like the location because it is not far away from the local airport.

Stayed here for two nights, nice hotel, nice room, good service, a bit for from city center. But Palembang Trade Center (PTC) is within walking distanct. Pool was nice.Would like to stay here again.

I enjoyed the relax situation staying at this hotel. The room is rather old, but still clean. Better have innovation... The pool has clean water and good view. But when I wanted to go Sauna and whirlpool, the staff said that they had been broken and could not be used for quite a long time. Over all this hotel is very good, except the location is rather far from city center..

The location is very comfort close to the shopping mall and easy access to the downtown. The hotel it self has an unique design but not complicated though and leisure still fill-up when we entered 1st floor Square restaurant facing a great swimming pool and wonderful garden. Nice people and very good services.

I love the view and I love the pool. The room is also great. Just we cannot find shower cap and when we ask help for the housekeeping or room service, it took more longer than other 4 star hotel that i used to stay... About 20 minutes waiting. About room design, view and the facilities, also the great help from your front desk , it's wonderfull

SPrawling grounds, very well kept. Nice pool - however pool bar was not open during the late-morning and afternoon. Not sure if they do open in teh evenings???Linen in room looked tired, should replace the towels used in the rooms.Did not get newspapers in the morning - a big no-no since I was on a business trip, and keeping abreast of teh local and international news is a big plus.Staff very friendly and efficient. Asked for late compllimentary late-check out, got only upto 2pm. Quite disappointed since I was a Silver A-Club member. My flight was at 7pm - so what do I do while waiting for my ride to the airport?

Perhaps you should improve staff language skills, as they say "yes" to everything without understanding it. My booking was not updated, they had difficulty finding a room, but when I insisted find numerous rooms! There was only one person who understood English in Restaurant. room was nice and clean but a number things need maintenance touch. The menu for steak buffet was at best miserable and poor, steak was tough, bread stale, salad bar poor!

overall this hotel was good, bedroom, lobby and the bar make me enjoy stay in here, but the car parking so far from the lobby, we have difficult to carrying the to the car, and the bellboy at the front doesn't help us, and the food at breakfast on the restaurant must be increase that quality
