I have stayed at Ibis hotels in Kyiv, Vienna, Budapest and now Warsaw. Kyiv was by far the best experience--a budget hotel whose staff behaved as though they worked in a five-star. Since then, all others have been a letdown. Kyiv should be your standard. The location in Warsaw is excellent, but the staff and atmosphere were too laid back for me. This isn't a hostel, after all, and staff should wear more than an ugly black T-shirt as a uniform. Also: Almost no signage in any language other than Polish. Elevator with annoyingly loud and indecipherable announcements (in Polish?). Walls so thin that when a neighbor dropped his door shut, my bed shook violently and awakened me from my slumber.

The room was well sized and nice, the balcony was incredible given the sunny weather! I also received birthday balloons in the room which was so special! Location from the old town is good, just a short walk. We will definitely be back when we next visit Warsaw! Our only issue was with the bathroom flooding every time the shower was used and the bathroom smelled like urine so perhaps needs a deeper clean in between guests?

Everything was good, nice cozy room , good service, tasty food, but there were also 2 minuses : 1) We received only 1 towel per person and 1 common towel for feet . No more towels for hair and for hands. 2) The dishes in the restaurant were sometimes not very clean.

The smallest room on the floor. Uncomfortable, noisy. I also wanted to spend some time having dinner and some beer in the hotel restaurant. However, there came people from country X, playing guitar loudly and singing nationalist songs! I had to leave which is oposite to what I expect from a hotel.
